Reviews for Agroturismo Son Terrades
Review 1:Difficult to find as a sign is missing towards St maria del cami
Review 2:Very nice staff, we have been helped a lot. Special requests have been taken for breakfast.
Review 3:The boutique Hotel Son Terrades represents an excellent place for relaxing and enjoying peaceful vacation time, away from business of the other places. It is a superb agro-tourism hotel, with beautiful ambiances and personal touch. You can enjoy a large garden, and a super clean swimming pool. All rooms have a great terrace, and the personnel is very helpful, welcoming and warm. It is close to the little town, Santa Maria del Cami, which is only a few minutes drive. I had a beautiful stay, and would strongly recommend this boutique hotel.
Review 4:For us we thought the busy road was a bit too near but we got used to it. I think this could be a little gold mine for the owners if they paid a little more attention to catering for guests to stay around the pool so I am writing this to hopefully help them. The only information in the room states the room tariff, breakfast is continental and available 9 - 10 am, and if you want lunch you have to let them know by 12 and it would be €25 pp. This seemed steep when evening meal with a drink and coffees at Fellinis was only €30 for both of us. We would have loved to have spent a couple of days in around the pool, so it would have been great to have a little menu on the breakfast table with lunch options, or evening meal options which needed to be booked the night before! We did sit by the pool one afternoon but couldn't go in as there was no pump running that we could see and it was always full of dead wasps, so not for me. The room had a really big terrace on the front of the hotel, but it is not well equipped. There were just 2 chairs, no sun loungers ( shame as it was in full sun all day) and no table although one with wonky legs arrived two days in. There is a fridge in the room but this is not on and when we plugged it in, they unplugged it again, so I guess it is for a minibar, but without a price option and seeing the price of lunch, we didn't ask. The ad for the hotel said iron and board and hair dryer. These were not there. Overall we loved the staff, but we felt the facilities in this agroturismo left us feeling stuck in not quite a hotel, not quite self catering, so maybe this style of accomodation is just not for us.
Review 5:The staff here are lovely, never in your space but always there when you need them. Our room was quite nice with big king sized bed with far reaching panoramic views. Santa Maria is just a stones throw away over the M13 with some good restaurants for Mallorquin food and great steaks at Sa Sini, and well priced lovely pasta dishes and pizza at Fellinis. It is very convenient for getting around as it is straight onto the M13, so about half an hour from Palma, and 45 minutes to Pollenca and 50 to Puerto Pollenca which we loved. The hotel told us on arrival there would be a private communion party for about 80 guests on the Saturday night which was kind of them but it didn't actually disturb us at all, and there were still tables allocated to one end of the terrace to enjoy our little nightcap.
Review 6:Location bit distant to anything.
Review 7:Amazingly helpful personal. Thank you! Also very good meal. Do not try to eat in close city, here its so much better:)
Review 8:Beautiful house and location, quiet and peaceful despite being close to the motorway. Large comfortable room with vast balcony. Elegant decor throughout the house. Generous and delicious breakfast. An ideal location to relax. Probably the best place I have ever stayed at.

Review 15:Too close to freeway with the constant sound of traffic defeating the purpose of an agri turismo experience
Review 16:Beautiful interior space with antique furniture and spacious rooms.
Review 17:Breakfast was rather expensive at 10 euros a head for rolls, bread small cartons of jam fruit juice and fruit plus coffee
Review 18:Attractive bedroom, nicely furnished and lovely modern bathroom with spa bath and fluffy towels
Review 19:-Air conditioned was not working the first day and then was noisy and the flow was coming directly to our face. -Poor breakfast -Too close to the highway and noisy during night.
Review 20:I mainly liked the pool and the garden. The room was spacious with a huge terrace.
Review 21:The AC was poor and they should prepare a few notes in a variety of languages about the facility eg reception phone no, the fact the hot water had to be run for a few minutes. No real problem but it makes life easier for everyone
Review 22:The location is very convenient and the staff very helpful
Review 23:The friendliness of the staff. Very helpful and went out of their way to make us welcome and comfortable. Decor.
