Review 1：I booked for my son and wife and they debited my credit card two days in advance. This is mean and unnecessary as they can still charge me if the client does not turn up.

Review 2：There was no ambience, no hospitality. I come to Hyeres every year and was looking forward to say here, finally. However, I left disappointed. The wifi connection wasn't working well and not at all in the lobby.

Review 3：I liked my room - spacious enough, great bathroom and with a balcony with lovely view. The hotel is quite anonymous and location is really handy

Review 4：The bar spanning the casino and the lobby is not very welcoming. The reception desk is a bit lost in the casino setting.

It could be nice, if the playing maschines were hide a little bit away from the people, who wants to have a more carm stay in the beautiful old hotel.

Review 18：The restaurant did not attract us - noisy and not pleasantly situated. We had difficulty getting into the hotel carpark but the receptionist was very helpful. Access to the car park is controlled by the police apparently and not the hotel.Not good.

Review 19：There are problems with the Parking which should be free of charge to the hotel guests, but there is no coordination between the parking and the hotel and we waisted almost 30 minutes to run and make them settling the problem

Review 21：Re room 303 Unfortunately, it seems that we got the only bathroom wherethe shower hose was not attached high up (shower in bath tub). So notpossible to have a shower hands free.I Have long hair so had to bend,hold shower with 1 hand and wash my hair with the other which I reallydid not appreciate. Also: fungi in the corners (silicone turning green).This could really easily be sorted!!!

Review 22：The casino has a really beautiful structure!!! It is a truly grandbuilding with big entrance, wide staircase and high ceilings. I feltthrown back a 100 yrs where lots of space was still available. Thehotel is in easy and short walking distance to the old town. There isfree parking right in front of the main entrance and also below thehotel. I had booked a room with terrace. There are only 4 terraces alltogether. All other rooms have balconies. I was surprised by the sizeof our terrace!!! Really impressive. There was a table with chairs plus2 sunbeds! 2 of the hotels 4 terraces have sea view, but as the sea isreally far away, all you will see is a slim blue line at the horizon,so really not worth going for the sea view!!! We had room nb 303 withthe biggest terrace and a beautiful view onto trees, hills and someparts of the old town. Breakfast is always brought to each room so Iset this up on the terrace which was ever so romantic. The windows arewell insulated, no noise at all. The beds are very conformable and thewater pressure is great. We really enjoyed our stay and would bookagain any time.
