Review 1：The bed is located on a sort of a mezzanine sub-floor the height of which is probably around 1.3 m; ventilation did not work in that corner of the apartment, and there was there some stale smell that we could not eliminated. The toilet was not glued to the floor and hence it was very rickety - it took the owner 2 weeks to fix that. The broken washing machine was never fixed. The pressure of water was extremely week. The room was not really cleaned when we arrived - even though there is a 150 euros final cleaning fee. There is a general feeling that the owner is squeezing every cent out that apartment without much into maintenance - a lot of items are very worn-out or in disrepair.
Review 2：very nice building with a beautiful garden, gated territory, Mala beach within 5 mins walk - that's why we rented this apartment for a month without having an opportunity to look at it from the inside.

Review 5：This is not a hotel, but apartment rented by individuals, hence no staff. Excessive mandatory cleaning charges knowing that the bathroom had not even be cleaned upon arrival and seemingly for quite some time looking at the amount of scale built up on the walls and showerhead. Furniture not in line with the standing of the building.
