Review 1：The room was quite small and there were too many doors. I know that sounds silly but it's annoying to go through two sets of doors to get to the bathroom, especially when one shuts itself every time.

So, I will not book this hotel again with booking.com and I will pay much more attention to the price offered at booking.com compared with the normal hotel prices.

Review 30：Having a lift is important for moving in and out with luggage. The closeness to the main station is a plus. It had a spacious ground floor common area - it presents itself as a comfortable hotel. Clean. New. Spacious.

Review 40：Location is convenient to the train station and main shopping area, and the tram service passes by the hotel. However, the area is rather deserted at night, although Place Stanislas is less than 10 minutes walk.
Review 41：The square on which the hotel sits has very little parking. It is also infested with the lowest ebb of society who have claimed it as their own. From early morning to late at night there is unsociable noise from those people. Aggressive begging, alchohol and verbal abuse of those passing by is commonplace.

We were refused help in finding a good restaurant, and so ended up at the 'Pissenlit' where we ate the worst meal we have ever eaten in France!!!

Review 114：Very tiny room (it's ok if you stay for one or two nights). When we arrived there was no water so we could not use the bathroom that night and the next evening there was again no water (there was a problem in the whole hotel, but I can'z remember what exactly it was). The shower had a shower curtain which sticks to you when you take a shower, a shower door whould be better considering that the shower is very small. The breakfast room is too small for the number of people who are staying in the hotel.

Our bedroom and bathroom had high ceilings and large windows opening onto a juliette balcony that overlooked a treed square. It was very light and airy. We also appreciated the jug and tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
