Review 1：Walls very thin and place very noise, the window was just in one side of the street. The heater didn't work and the wi-fi signal was very poor. Breakfast with old fruit.

Review 3：On the first day there was a smell of drains in the bathroom , which had been compensated for by too much air freshener! On complaint the smell was sorted but the freshener lingered.

Review 4：Location in Potes was excellent for walking in the mountains. Room was large and bed comfortable. Car park spacious and easy to access.

Review 5：The public areas of the hotel were fine but the room was a bit shabby. No external window, just into an internal lightwell with a sad pot plant.

Review 7：The rooms were a little tired to say the least (we had two rooms for a party of four). The toilet seat in one of the rooms was only held on one side - the other hinge was missing - not great for two visually impaired people staying in that room :-(

Review 19：There is no parking near the hotel. The sauna and jacuzzi have to be reserved in advance. So, if you stay for the short period, you have no chance to use it because of previous reservations.

Review 22：Hard to find. Came across the 'car park' (waste ground) by accident then a long walk to the hotel. Wifi would not work anywhere. Totally chaotic breakfast with everything squashed into a small space - unnecessary if another table were used. Poor value for money. Look carefully at other places.
