Review 1：The staff was very helpful! The location was excellent. We have travelled in December, everything was quiet, the weather was still great. We had a great time! Thanks again to the staff! :)

Although I'd had confirmation to stay in room until 18.00hrs, management forgot and we had to move to another room which nasty to say the least. Mouldy smell from the fridge, damage to doors plus NO clean towels. If I was shown this room first I would have refused it.

Review 10：It is a mix of residential appartments rather than a solely holiday complex. There is too lively an atmosphere for relaxation due to residential pets (cats,dogs,parrots..) which I was not preinformed of. Rowdy young men in rooms either side made again for an unpleasant stay, aplified by the thin walls. Sound is not insulated so my sleep was disturbed often by the sound of high-heels upstairs, swearing/shouting, and drunk people returning at 5am. When I complained at the desk the Woman said "What do you expect, it is Palmanova!" relinquishing her responsibilites of care and blaming the area for a troubled stay. I requested a complaints form there but she told me not to bother because I would be ignored.

Review 27：This was our second time here after visiting last year and absolutely loving it! Excellent rooms with self-catering facilities so we were able to make our own breakfast which we prefer. There's a lovely pool which was often quiet, and only a few hundred metres to the beach. It's so close to so many lovely restaurants and bars. The staff are wonderful, especially Promise. They are so welcoming and friendly too! We're thinking of having our annual summer holiday here due to the great location and amazing value for money!

The apartment we stayed in had a dated decor although friends of ours in the same block had a slightly more modern room,not that this was an issue.The lady at reception was lovely and so helpful and a real credit to the company she works for.We used this apartment as a base for a few days cycling,and would recommend this as a good base for rides around the north and northwest of the island.

Review 40：Positive: Good standard accommodation granted its a budget hotel, but the room was clean beds had extra pillows already in the room and the kitchen and bathroom although small was again clean and all the amenities you need such as a fridge, kettle and toaster was supplied the shower was hot and powerful. The location is excellent literally a short stroll to the beach, plenty of bars and nice places to eat, plus a 10 minute walk from the busy Magaluf area.

Apartment was spotless and fresh - the staff were friendly and helpful.... far enough away from the main buzz but close enough to walk to within a cple of mins...air con, blackout curtains so perfect for a long lie in cool surroundings... this is the perfect apartments for, if like me you are looking for a relaxing time. The resort was starting to liven up as I was leaving so don't know how it would be high season.....
Review 45：If you wanted to sun at the swimming pool you need to pay €2,- for the bed's. And around 3 o'clock the pool was covered in the shadow of the building.
Review 46：The first thing we noticed was that the receptionist was really nice. No matter what time it was she was always happy and nice to us.Also the clwaning was pretty good. If we where still a sleep at 11 o clock they came back in the afternoon.

Review 58：the room had a very bad smell (because old) from cooking and others. the beds were very bad, not comfortable. at the reception we had a to wait all the time, we had to ring the bell and then wait until the staff member will come down. to go inside or outside the parking, we had to wait for the staff to open us the gate. this was not satisfing in our Holidays. TV only had 4 channels, and all in spanish language. the remote control and hairdryer we had to ask first, it was not placed in the room. for the Money we payed for this 2 nights it was not a good value. it should have been half Price, then it will be ok. The Aircondition is very old and didn't work very well.

Review 86：It was full of ants. The Place was really dirty and the lamps in the room and on the balcony did not work. Not to talk about the internet: it was advertised as available,with acces from your own room, but truth was that we needed to go downstairs between the parkinglot and a restaurant. It was noisy and you had to stand while you try to find the best spot to catch the signal! It was really disappointing. In few words nothing was for free and what you had paid for, you did not get! Just think that we paid 100€ per night and we could have gotten much more than that we got for that price!
