Review 1：Well, that's probably the worst stay in my life ever. Had a serious problem at the check-in: the staff refused to give us the key from the room and made sluggish efforts to solve the problem. The problem actually could have been solved easily (just providing us clear explanation regarding double-charge of the credit-card), but nobody didn't care in fact - caddish behavior of the staff instead ("if you don't speak french then all the rest is your problem"). That was even more dull to behave like that with a pregnant woman in front of you (my wife). Only thanks to myself and booking.com support we managed not to stay in the street at night. Rooms are pretty simple, even no soap in the bathroom (can you imagine that in 21st century?!), etc.

Review 5：The location was away from the town centre. Access to the hotel was up a steep set of stone steps and could not be entered until after 6.00pm

Review 9：it's really annoying that they charge 2euro extra for bedding and 0.8 for towel. i didn't know about the towel issue (the guy in the reception hasn't mentioned it) and find out when i was alone in the house, and there was no one to contact. also, the lights in public area and water in the shower are in cost-saving mode, which means you have to push a buttom every few seconds in order to have water or lights.and finally- poor wifi. no signal in the room. the only place it worked was in the corridor, near the shared toilet. do yourself a favour and find something else.

Review 11：Basic accomodation but price is not that cheap. Quite ok and need own vehicle to go there. But considering accomodation in Millau also not cheap, can consider quite ok for the price and value.
Review 12：We stay there because it is near the Millau bridge (which we want to visit). The house is quite nice and in the new development of house estate near the Millau town. A bot like "homestay".
