Review 1：The fact that the resort was shut down. The entertainment at the hotel was terrible. The food was cold.

Review 3：hotel needs a complete renovation, windows, room doors do not insulate from noise and are draughty, bed extremely uncomfortable and only covered by a thin sheet, no mattress protection.
Review 4：staff was very helpful and friendly at all times, always tried their best to make you feel comfortable, food was plenty and big choice. Stunning view from our balcony on 7th floor, closeness to clean beach.

Review 6：Liked this hotel very much last year in September, so we came back for 2 weeks again in June July 2015. It is good value for money and we took half board. Both breakfast and dinner are fantastic and with a huge selections of foods to please any one. Very friendly staff in the dining area and in particular Gabriella and the always smiling Jose Hernandez. The room was clean and the beds were good and fairly quiet air conditioning if fan is not turned up too high. Other reason for coming back was that it is close to the beach, supermarket, bars, doctors and very cozy area at night times with many bars and pubs and restaurants. Lots of water activities there as well. For the money I do not think that you can go wrong. Perhaps made a mistake coming in Jun-July this year, as there was a lot of younger people probably du to school holidays. September was much better and still nice and worm, both in the air and water.
Review 7：To secure a bed near the pool requires getting up very early. Non locking doors to balcony meant we had to be very vigilant with a two year old. The cot in the room had a missing vertical spar. This meant the two year old could get out.
Review 8：One minute to the beach. All inclusive was good. Good choice of food.
Review 9：Some of the staff could have been a bit more " smiley". We were AI and felt like we were being looked down on as we were not actually handing cash over all the time.

But I recommend to just eat breakfast and diner in a restaurant to have a change and better specially made plates. The place is full of old and families of english ppl so it is not recommended for young groups having fun

Review 25：Very noisy at night in the hotel especially. Very near to the start of the 'strip' in Magaluff which hadn't realised when booking. Needs an update on decor and furniture in bedrooms. Wi-fi very hit and miss and only available in reception area if it worked.
Review 26：Good location near to the beach and promenade. Plenty of eating establishments, bars and shops. All inclusive deal very good with plenty of choice on food every day. Reception area very smart. Staff ordered taxi very quickly for airport.

Review 42：The first bedroom we were given was vile. At the end of a corridor next to a door leading onto an area with rubbish. There was a kitchenette with a disgusting old rusty fridge. The description of all rooms having sea view was not true. The lavatories near the bar and also just off the lounge were disgusting. No kettle in room we had to hire one. Cockroach near dining room.

Review 44：The food isnt a patch on the hawaii apart hotel just up the road.this is excellent by the way.staff are reasonable but could be better.one day by the pool there must have been over 200 cockroaches that came out of a fan near the bar entrance.they were everywere.my partner manage to kill a lot of them but they were running all in the bar and the staff just left them.it would have been if the hotel price was cheaper than we paid.

Review 63：Well enough to stop for a night or two. Rooms are clean. The Breakfast is not very large choice of meals, but more than adequate for what is called English Breakfast. Pool the hotel is clean, but I did not use them, because the beach is just 100 meters. Staff at reception very friendly. I suggest you all to ask for rooms on the upper floors - my window on the first floor was on the side of the pool and outdoor bar, so from morning until midnight I listened to loud music accompaniment group fitness, dancing, screaming some mom whose child jumped in the pool or Holy war some of the couple deciding that it is better to drink beer or go shopping.
Review 64：All other staff was rude! Almost everyone seemed bothered when ordering.We were not taking advantage of the all inclusive as the british people did. They were drinking all the time and making so much noise all night. We were not drinking so much at all during our stay since we had a car but still staff was rude when ordering a coffee compared to the brits who ordered liters of alcohol all the time. The variation of the food was the same almost everyday. Breakfast was english... Do I have to say anything more? The whole hotell seems to be fitted for just englishmen.. Those kind of people (White trash) has such a discusting behaviour when being on vacation.
Review 65：Price was good, Location is good and near the beach, private parking isavailable for only €3 per day. Very clean hotell and nice sea view. Allinclusive is very comfortable to have even though we did not eat lunchthere everyday.Food was good. The coffee that the baristas made in the bar was better than Starbucks. One girl in the staff, a blonde young girl named Linda was always walking with a big smile. Very nice and kind!

Review 74：When we arrived all 4 couples who had booked at different times had beenmoved to an adjacent hotel for 2 nights and then had to move back intothe Fergus Tobago for the last 2 nights. This completely spoilt theholiday. We were told they were overbooked yet we had booked 3 monthspreviously and another couple had booked 1 week before. It was my wifes4th visit there and has put her off maybe going back again. Don'tthink I could recommend this hotel to anyone else
Review 75：There were only two lifts that were very slow. I have a bad leg andcannot walk the stairs so that is going to be a major problem in thebusy season. The toilets outside by the pool, inside by the bar and thereception absolutely stank! If we stayed by the pool we had to keepgoing up to our rooms to use ours. They really need addressing. The factthat while we were there you catered for the Spaniards on their freeholiday which disgusts me! We paid for our holiday and should be treatin exactly the same way. The entertainment was all spanish, they wererud at the bar jumping in and rude in the restaurant. I know you had alot of complaints from the english. I am not surprised. Maybe next timeyou shoud make more of an effort with your other guests!

No welcome letter whit information and/or pricelist of extra services. Could have used a kettle and perhaps a hairdryer (price), as well as the price for cable TV. Staff in bar and restaurant too few and to busy the last 4 days. There was wheels under the two beds, and they kept "driving" apart. (We had asked for a double)
