Roc Portonova is just across from the yacht club in the quietest part of Palmanova with lovely views of the bay and not far from the main shopping centers.
Each of the spacious apartments includes one or two double bedrooms, a dining room, private bathroom, a full kitchen and an spacious balcony. Most of them offer sea views. They also feature air conditioning, central heating, telephone and satellite TV.
In the summer season you can find the snack and the cocktail bar on the outdoor terrace open, with a wide variety of snacks and drinks. The breakfast room is open from April to October.
Guests can chose between 2 swimming pools - one heated indoor pool in winter and another outdoor one with generous terraces.

Review 2：The location was within a short walk to the centre of Palma Nova but situated in a quiter area. Large comfy rooms. Public free parking outside accommodation

Review 3：The décor and facilities in the room were very tired and apart from the reception area, everywhere could do with a huge update.

Review 7：First apartment we had was infested with ants, they were everywhere including all over the kitchen area. Housekeeping was only every second day....not enough to keep the ants at bay in the second apartment they gave us! Apartments 1-10 are poorly located in the complex. We had apartment 4 overlooking a busy side road just above where bins were collected early in the morning and then we moved to apartment 10 overlooking the back of the restaurant where there was a vile smell (sewage like) every evening. The apartments are in need of serious modernisation....loud old fashioned wooden sliding doors and no light on balcony etc.

Review 13：We booked the apartment because we wanted to save money by going self-catering. Unfortunately this apartment did not have a fully equipped kitchen. Although there was a microwave, there was no oven only a hob. There were 2 frying pans one of which had a wobbly handle and the other wasn't non-stick - as we found out! The shops nearby did not sell microwaveable meals and so there seemed little point in having a microwave. The beds weren't comfy and there were no cushions for the furniture which also was uncomfortable. The walls were paper thin and every noise and movement could be clearly heard. In one bedroom the windows rattled and banged and we had to use cardboard to try and buffer the noise in order to sleep. We also paid for wifi which rarely worked as the connection kept disappearing.

He arranged a gift and an upgrade for my parents as it was their wedding aniversary on arrival as a surprise. The location is superb, step across the raod to a beautiful beach for the children. Walk along the road for bars, restaurants and shops. The Pool bar supplied quality and affordable snacks with fantastic staff - Jose and Becki. Rooms kept clean and tidy. I am looking to go again very soon !

Review 21：it was supposed to be aircondition in the Apartment. There was a noicy unit and on a good day it managed to lower the temp With 1 degree from the outside temp. The beaches/ water wasnt very clean versus what we experineced in Alcudia. The Apartment/ hotell in general was in need for an Upgrade.

Review 25：Poor accommodation. It needs some real money spent upgrading the rooms. Beds are hard. Bathrooms really poor. Can be noisy at night. You need to balance the friendly atmosphere and great location versus poor accommodation. If you are happy to rough it a bit, you will have a great holiday. If you want a degree of luxury, look elsewhere.

Review 26：Superb location. Excellent staff who can't do enough for you. Lovely views from the balcony. Great for kids. Entertainment most days although there were some problems this trip with the previous entertainer having left unexpectedly and a replacement being flown in. Consequently there were four days of our stay with no entertainer.

It is an old & tired building that quickly redeems itself with it's room size, offering of two good, clean pools and exceptional customer service. This is so close to all amenities and far enough from the horrendous Magaluff, a vile place!

Review 61：As said before, a little tlc is needed but rental of the apartments is NOT expensive and limited income allows only limited expoenditure. However, when refurbishment is carried out, there will be nowhere in Palma Nova to compare so lets hope still affordable.

Review 62：Location couldn't be better. Can only reiterate previous reviews that the staff - one person asked not to be named again! - are all friendly and helpful. Young Bulgarian woman who entertained the youngsters - by getting then doing things - was great. She also organised 5.00 poolside Bingo (Bongo), just two games with a free cocktail prize but how refreshing for tickets to be complimentary. I like Cosmopolitan clientele and loved to see children of various nationalites playing together - no language barrier - but may not suit if like only Brits around the pool.

Review 75：As with most places there was towels on sunbeds all day at the pool and was impossible to get a bed. A letter went around about towels being removed but nothing was done. Entertainment at night was very poor, i think they could benefit from quality entertainment even a couple of nights a week as there is very little on in the area unless you walk closer to Palmanova bars.

Another table tennis table would have been good as this was popular. Would definitely stay again.
