Review 1：First room (number 11) was offered smelled disgusting. The bed was uneven (totally on a slope). Was offered an upgrade to a room which was not much better but smelled a lot cleaner. The entire hotel is very dated, tired and need of updating. No coffee/tea making facility in the room etc. Only one tiny pillow per person.

Review 3：The room smelt of damp and was located on the third floor along a dark and dismal corridor. The window opened onto the back of another building with no view of the town. The shower had no door so the floor got soaked (probably explains the smell of damp)

Review 15：As a bus traveller the bus arrived at 2.00pm. However the hotel did not open till 5.00pm. There was not a luggage storage at the station. This accomodation is a hotel and should be open for its guests. The breakfast was awfull. The coffee was not served fresh. The staff were not there to enhance your stay.

Review 19：Never opened till 5 o'clock, and no off road parking. You parked on the street and needed to move your car by 8.30am. No kettle in Room.
