Review 1：For very hot weather the fans need to be in good working order or air-conditioning installed. A top sheet would be a good idea as a quilt is far too hot

Review 3：No chopping board or corkscrew in the kitchenette. No english speaking channels on the tv. Reception had an old edition of the tourist leaflet and some of the information was out of date.
Review 4：The secure parking ( lots of free places ) under the building with lift access directly onto your floor was great as the street parking places were always full and needed payment, Staff friendly and helpful. An easy 10 -15 minute walk to the central square. Wi-fi connection excellent, Didn't try the breakfast as the receptionist warned us it would be very busy as there was a big wedding party staying over. She recommmended a place nearby. Didn't try the pool but it semed well used and looked clean although very small. The smallprint said we would need to pay a cash deposit at check in but no-one asked for it. No shops in the immediate vacinity but we found a Lidl supermarket just 5 minutes walk away ( 600 metres according to google maps ) . Nice clean appartment in a fairly quiet area just off a main road. Would stay there again.

Review 8：We were due to arrive after reception had closed due to traffic problems and the staff were extremely helpful. There is secure parking which was a must for us; there was plenty of space and the lift goes straight to the room floors.
Review 9：One of us was handicapt and in a wheelchair. We had a special room for handicapt people. The bathroom was ok but you can not come in the the part of the room were the bed stand. And the bed was very low.

Review 12：Perfect for a short stay exploring this beautiful city. We were touring on 2 motorbikes which we chose to park on the pavement outside rather than use the underground parking. The appartment was clean & kitchen would have been adequate for light meals & snacks. We didn't use the sports facilities.
Review 13：Pool is closed Friday Saturday Sunday!! Breakfast not served until 9.30 Saturday or Sunday. No air con, really noisy from traffic if you leave the windows open.
Review 14：The building was quite warm on the inside. I had to sleep without any covers. Also, we had to wait about 30 minutes in a queue at the desk as only 1 person was checking people in.

A promise to charge an unknown amount if the kitchen will not be perfectly clean, but what is "perfect" if I do not have an appropriate washing liquid? It seems that my level of cleanness was sufficient, but I was nervous about it. A trace of cigarette smell in the room.

I have never stayed in a hotel thatdemanded so much clean up. I will only recommend with a warnng about theclean up demands.

Review 97：I did not like the attitude of staff. The conditions of hotel are so stiff and you are being constantly reminded that you would be punished for violating them. The whole ambiance gives hostile feeling rather than a welcome one which a visitor expects. There was nobody to guide us on their heating system in the room and there was a limited quota of hot water which was not told to us beforehand.

Review 99：My dad and I stayed at the nemea hotel for 5 nights, and I would neverever recommend this hotel for anybody. Here's why :- The handy man came on a morning without any notice he didn't knock on the door or ring the bell, and tried to get into the appartment. When I told the receptionist he apologized ---> this is fair - I've been charged without any notice or bill 23 euros. Fortunately I regularely check my account on the web, this is how I knew about this charge, otherwise they would never have let me know about it. When I called the hotel, they told me that was one hour maid cleaning. On one hand I've been completely surprised on the other very upset : The night before leaving, I cleaned just as asked in the settlement hanging in the kitchen : microwave, cooker, dishes, worktop, fridge. Plus, the trash has been taking out and the dishes wiped and put back the cupboard---> this is how I left the appartment. After my complaint, the manager came back to me and maintained that according to the maids and the receptionist no household has been made. So if any of these facts are true : why they did not call me on the phone to make me find the facts---> they do have my phone number just as my bank ones !!! So not only they charge the consumer without any notice, but they also lie to justify their behavior ! This not about the money, as 23 euros is not a big deal, the deal is the way they act, they falsely accuse so they can steal from you ! So one last advice, if you have to stay there (and I wouldn't recommend it) never leave without an inventory !
Review 100：The room we were given was not like the photo on booking.com. The living area was smaller and we were told the rooms with larger living rooms were fully booked until February. Consequently, as a family with small children, we checked out as soon as possible to find a more spacious alternative. The breakfast was very basic.

Because we got caught up in a traffic jam in Lyon and arrived after eight-o-clock in the evening, there was no reception, and we would have had difficulty to get the keys. Review 113：The twins bed studio is small... very small.The main bed is a sofa bed of which the bottom part is sliding out making the second bed. Acceptable as soon as there is enough room left in a room when opened. No shelves in the wardrobe cupboard... Had to leave all my staff lying on the floor or on the bed. In comparison the studio with a single double bed is large and spacious for the same price ! I asked to be moved to the bigger one... they couldn't do it, saying it was all booked up even though a few of them were unoccupied 3 out 4 nights of my stay. Therefore, Avoid the twins bed arrangements!

Review 115：For a woman staying there alone returning on foot to the hotel after dark is a bit scary as it is not the best neighbourhood location-wise (though not a bad neighbour by any means). Not as well lit as some parts of Nancy. There were partyers on the road 2 nights in a row so I think it may be an area where college youth live = inexpensive. That was a drag but ear plugs helped. I was in Nancy with my sister for the World Duathlon Championships but not at the same hotel

There is an iffy neighborhood you have to walk through and I would not recommend it at night. This is a great location if you need something long term or a stay near the universities, hospitals, or cemetaries.

The person working the desk spoke English well. The big sell was the laundry facilities pool and kitchenette.
