Hotel Le Palais sells fast on our site. Dating from the 18th century, this hotel is in the center of Apt’s Old Town, within the Luberon Natural Regional Park. Free Wi-Fi internet access is available, and a continental breakfast provided daily.
Each heated room includes a TV and private bathroom. Some rooms have a patio or balcony with a view of the town square, and feature exposed wooden beams.
Le Palais features a small library with books in French and in English for adults and children. Guests can also request a DVD player as well as board games or children’s games.

Review 2：Husband and wife team who go the extra Yard (Meter) to make guests feel at home. They are very hard workers and are making their own success.

Review 3：The hotel owners were really friendly and helpful, and the location was great. We were right in the middle of the Apt market, and Apt was also very convenient to visit lots of other villages. The hotel restaurant had fabulous food at a reasonable price.

Review 4：The building was a bit too old, more similar to a hostel than to a hotel, therefore price should have been lower.

Review 5：this place is close to all the attractions of this area; the staff was very kind and there was free parking nearby. We didn't try the restaurant out but having it open up to late evening is surely an advantage of this place

Review 11：During our 5-day trip in Provence, it was the hotel with the friendliest service. We also had dinner at the restaurant, which was basic but tasty. The location is also great, in the very centre of Apt. The rooms aren't particularly beautiful but practical, clean and spacious. Good value for money!

Review 12：Unfortunately the wifi is wrongly configured. Coverage would be good but the wifi configuration is unfortunately not correct (wrong channels), which creates a lot of interferences. Could be fixed and then it would be good as well :-).

Review 15：Small friendly hotel family run. He speaks good English and could not be more helpful A great home cooked meal and sensibly priced wine list was just what we wanted after a long drive. Great little hotel ideal for the famous market on the Saturday.

Review 17：The young couple are brilliant ambassadors for French tourism, they could not have been more helpful. They are slowly renovating their hotel with much care to keep its individuality, not an easy job in such a small space. We loved it's quirkiness. Location is superb, waking to the market right outside our window (Saturday morning) we were amazed how quietly it was installed! 5* luxury it isn't but it doesn't pretend to be.

Review 19：The hotel was in the center of the town. There were a lot of bars and restaurant nearby. The room was big and comfortable. The host here was very nice and friendly. We spent a Friday night there and met a local bazaar in Saturday morning. Amazing. The food in the breakfast was good.

Review 20：the host does his best,a kind man and his wife.but you cann't find them when they get off their work in the night. he told me "you can dial #9 to find me !",i tried,no answer,because they donn't live in the hotel but at their home.

Review 42：No chain, owners very interested in maintaining their place (hotel + restaurant). Whoever expects high end hotel standards should choose another place. Whoever appreciates a more personal approach of travelling will like this place. At least I did. Very good value for money. And: Don't miss the cat ;-)

Review 44：An old town centre hotel run by a very friendly young couple for whom nothing was too much trouble. Rooms good size for a budget hotel. Breakfast sufficient for the price, and the freshest bread I have ever had (and I live in France!).

Review 46：Small charming family place, very nice and welcoming. Very nice rooms. Simple but warm. The breakfast was a little bit more than the usual bread and butter. In the center of this small village. The sevice is great and it's worth the money.

Review 48：The husband and wife team owners of Le Palais are simply the best! You couldn't ask for anything more in your hosts, kind, very hospitable and if you're staying in Apt you have to eat in their reasonably priced restaurant, the food is great cooked by the lady proprietor herself. Nothing much going on in Apt as it's a service town so it's an ideal place to base yourself for exploring Provence if you don't want to pay loads for accommodation; all the villages/sites are a short drive away. Go, go now!

Review 49：The excellent, friendly staff who did their best to make you feel welcome and to help you. Rooms cleaned every day. Brilliant central location for Apt, and for the Luberon.

Review 50：Friendly and welcoming owners, helpful with everything: carrying heavy suitcases up and down narrow stairs, making tea late in the evening, accomodating breakfast hours etc. Room spacious and cheerful, balcony overlooking the square, large bathroom with tub! Location excellent, in the centre of Apt, close to restaurants (though wish we had tried hotel's own pizzeria), shops and huge Saturday market. Excellent value for money, and so is the breakfast (charged separately)

Review 51：The town is dusty, typical Luberon. Only few restaurants had an open kicthen after 20 o'clock. The one that did had terible food.
