Review 1：There was a low over the med so weather was awful!! Hotel pool was freezing so unable to swim. It was colder than the sea!

Review 5：I supposed to spend more time with a child in their entertainment area, but the slide was dirty almost every morning, inside activities very poor and the space was kind of unpleasant. I did not like that we should pay for drinks in dinner (3,5 eur), better to put this sum in total payment for the hotel. The women who took the payment for drinks (with dark and long hairs) was very unpleasant and cold towards guests. Enterntainment guy who had in his programm all the same activities, was boring. I expected more from this hotel regarding kids entertainment.

A 5* hotel cannot afford such mistakes. The staff did nothing to resolve the cleanliness issue, neither gave a compensation. Would not advise anyone to go here

The balcony was very small and nothing special about it but the cheaper room had a spectacular balcony and a very specious friendly room. I felt majorly overcharged.

Review 43：The bathroom did not include a bath,which my wife prefers. The shower had no soap dishes,and our own soap bars would not stay in place on the sink as they kept sliding into the sink. I had a difficult time with the pillows and lost a lot of sleep because of them. The hill was a bit of a problem, but we did know what to expect. One of the small lifts kept breaking down,so it was a long wait or use the stairs.

I changed my sea-view room to street-view room to avoid noise and in order to have a quiet sleep after lunch and from 10 p.m.

Review 60：Arriving at the hotel at. 2 a.m. I was pleasantly surprised by its quiet location and polite staff. Rooms were very stylish and clean and comfortable, conditioners were working fine. Breakfast was also very tasty.

Review 102：We booked on a "room only" basis for 1 week in June. The hotel was fantastic, clean and tidy, plus the staff were really helpful. The location was excellent for the beach and just a 5 minute walk to Magaluf. Our room was great and had a sea view. Would recommend and stay there again.

Review 105：The beds were not together, we are a young couple and like to sleep next to each other not in separate beds. The bar staff by the pool had no idea how to make the drinks on the menu and did not have sufficient communication skills. The reception area is the most beautiful place in the hotel and it is unusable, they should let you take drinks on the outside balcony and make more of a feature of it. The baggage room is not safe in any way, we could go up and ask for the key at any time and there is no way all the staff we saw that day could even know if we stayed in the hotel.

Review 107：Quality of every meal was very poor. For example all the desserts were weird jellies, custards and cheap cakes. The buffet is not even close to a 4-star hotel's buffet... Walls between rooms were awfully thin, we heard every single word from the corridor and other rooms, every door closing and furniture moving... so the hotel is not soundproofed at all and that was a huge disappointment! We wouldn't go again, for the price we paid we expected better... Not a good hotel.

We were half board and were not told that we would even have to pay for water to drink if we wanted anything at all and they would only take cash and could not charge it to the room either, which meant that my husband, daughter and I went without even a glass of water to drink throughout the entire meal.Some forewarning would have been appreciated. 2. The room was lovely, the only thing I can gripe about would be that the adult "bed" was essentially two pretty mobile single beds pushed together which, when you leant over, separated making you fall down the middle - I'm pregnant and nearly hurt myself. 3. Was told that there was adequate parking at the hotel - only enough for 6-7 cars in total and no nearby parking available, had to cut our days short so that we were back earlier just to get parking.

My 10 year old daughter joined in on the water sports with the panda club one day and loved it. Other than the few things on the negative side, we enjoyed our holiday.

I think the hotel is very over-priced for what it is/has on offer despite the fact that it is a good hotel, it's not fabulous - and the price says "fabulous".

The Outside seating area onthe balcony outside the bar was very relaxing with sofas and lovely seaviews a great place to have an early evening drink. The bedrooms weremodern and practical. Someone's done their research as there wereplenty of open shelving in the room which I found more useful thandrawers . We stayed half board, the food was varied with a good choiceand quality . Most guests were all inclusive, We had the option to pay2.75 euros per person to have unlimited wine beer water and soft drinkswe our evening meal. This suited us perfectly as we enjoy a glass ofwine with our meal but prefer to use the wide range of bars and clubs inthe area during the evening and are out and about during the day siteseeing. We had a communication problem with our transfer company whowere saying we were staying in a different hotel and wanted to pick usup from there , after several phone calls without success I still couldnot sort it out. I mentioned this to the Male receptionist a who phonedthem on our behalf and sorted out the problem. We found the staff veryhelpful and friendly and would stay again
