Reviews for Hotel Sainte Anne - Apt
Review 1:Bed was very firm. Shame there was no kettle with tea making facilities - though you could buy an expensive cup of tea downstairs.
Review 2:Great central location. Large clean room with reasonable air conditioning. Very pretty.
Review 3:Without a GPS the hotel is a little difficult to find by car because of the one way system in Apt. Also, parking is limited.
Review 4:The hotel location is great - literally a short walk across a bridge and you're right in town.
Review 5:The standard room we ordered was small (about 10 sq. m). No shelfs in the closet (common in other hotels in Provence). During 5 nights of our staying in this hotel we had to keep our clothes in suitcases.
Review 6:Good location and free parking available.
Review 7:They recently upgraded their wi-fi and could not send/receiveemails. It's their system, as I was able to send/receive fromother locations in France.
Review 8:The room was fine by European standards. The proprietors were excellent.I would definitely stay here again.
Review 9:Excellent service, friendly owners, amazing breakfasts (home made bread and jams), very good location not far from centre of Apt, nice room with spacious bathroom, tasty diners, good wines.... Everything was perfect, we spent a great time in this hotel.
Review 10:Nothing
Review 11:The owners offered a resturant that turned out to be the best dinner of seven fish at a local cafe a five minutes walk. Very friendly and helpful. Nice small hotel with two rooms for bedroom and living room.
Review 12:We didnt like the town Apt all that much...in comparison to most of the neighbouring towns. But that's irrelevant for the hotel really! Wifi kept breaking up!
Review 13:The receptionist couldnt have been nicer...her english was perfect and she really made us feel welcome. The bedroom was lovely and the bathroom was spotless and newly decorated. We had breakfast there one morning which included freshly homemade bread and jams. The hotel has a small bar with great prices for wine! Definitely no prob recommending this to anybody who wishes to visit apt! It was our favourite of the last 4 hotels we've stayed in on this holiday, mostly because of how welcome we were made to feel!
Review 14:Really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Sainte Anne perfect in every way, location, cleanliness, comfort, ease of car parking and the more than friendly staff. Sandrine recommended and made a reservation for us at a superb and very reasonably priced local restaurant. Thank you Hotel Sainte Anne
Review 15:Everything so small. But it's France. :)
Review 16:Location and host.
Review 17:A bit expensive but very nice place
Review 18:Bathtub Bathroom and toilets separated
Review 19:Surprisingly for France, their expresso coffee in the morning breakfast was not well made (burnt).
Review 20:Nice and quiet.
Review 21:Bad wasn't comfortable.
Review 22:Staff was kind.
Review 23:The location and the friendly staff
Review 24:No WiFi in room. Extra bed was a plastic matress and I woke up sweaty.
Review 25:Excellent hosts! Super friendly. Close to the town and market on Saturday.
Review 26:The actual room was bland and not at all in keeping with what the hotel advertised as its ambience.
Review 27:The breakfast room and garden
Review 28:Best bread in town.
Review 29:Parking not too good

Review 35:the room is a bit small wifi is slightly unstable

Review 38:Welcoming staff. Large comfortable air conditioned room in an old building. Pleased to find hotel closer to the centre than expected but quiet location. Had their Provence specialty dinner one night; not to be missed.
Review 39:Our room looked just like the picture…very charming with a fireplace and private balcony. Right across the street from the Saturday market in Apt. Hotel manager speaks English and was very helpful. The lavender honey was my favorite part of breakfast.
Review 40:There was nothing we did not enjoy.
Review 41:Staff attitude was excellent -they wanted us to enjoy their hotel. Great breakfast with Daniel's breads and Veronique's complementary cakes and jams. Daniel's assistance with bags on arrival, car parking, restaurant recommendations and recommendations. Veronique's travel tips. Room and bathroom were spacious, comfortable and very well appointed. Situated just on the edge of town so convenient to everything on foot. Highly recommended.
Review 42:Location - not hotels problem - City it was located in not that greatbut Apt did have a great restaurant called the Lourve
Review 43:Very clean and comfortable with French charm
Review 44:The owner was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were huge. Hotel is well located to cross the bridge to city centre for shops and restaurants. The suggestion for our dinner was a beautiful terrace restaurant which you would never find without local knowledge. Breakfast in the courtyard was lovely.
Review 45:There was nothing negative to say
Review 46:We had suite so it was good to have the extra space. Secure store for our bicycles a few minutes away. Great central location just off the velo route. Breakfast in patio/garden area very relaxing
Review 47:The shower room and toilet are built separately (evidently a must). No hand wash basin in toilet. We found the price a bit too high, but maybe it was the season that caused that.
Review 48:St Anne is a well attended hotel with a good location in Apt. The hotel is situated in a quiet corner of the town, by a small square where you can park you car safely without costs. Only a few steps to the old town. that is full of shops, bars and restaurants. Do not miss the Saturday market, that fills the whole old town. Do not miss the fantastics Must-See-places only a few kilometres away from Apt (Roussillon, Gordes, L´Ille sur Sorges) The hotel had air-con, which made our stay much more confortable.
Review 49:Cannot think of any.
Review 50:The hostess can speak fluent English and is very warm hearted. She provided useful tourism tips. Also the home made breakfast is quite nice considering we r at a small town of southern France where not many restaurants/shops are opened in the morning.
Review 51:Small balcony - only large enough for 1 person to stand on. Very small toilet cubicle in the large bathroom - more like a cupboard!
Review 52:Large room, comfortable furniture, good sized bathroom. Good breakfast. Helpful owners
Review 53:We liked mostly the friendly owners of the hotel, who helped us booking for dinner and advised us on the local attractions. The breakfast was served in the beautiful yard, mostly great natural food. We stayed in 101 and it was really nice.
Review 54:The bed was very hard and I kept waking up with a dead arm or sore back. The bathroom was very small especially the toilet.
Review 55:The hotel was well situated in Apt and there was free public parking nearby. The owners were lovely and extremely helpful. The breakfast was very nice too. We really enjoyed our stay.
Review 56:Friendly and helpful staff. Perfectly situated for visiting the markets. The rooms were beautifully furnished and decorated.
