Located in Anglet, between Biarritz and Bayonne, this hotel offers direct access to one of the most beautiful beaches of the Basque Coast. It is located near Chiberta Golf Club.
All guests have free access to a private seawater pool with hammam, sauna and fitness center. A larger Lagoon of 3767 ft² with aqua gym lessons is also at guests' disposal.

Review 1：the food was poor value for money both breakfast and evening meal but try the a la carte - that may be OK but the menu del dia was not. the smell of old smoke in my room.

Review 5：Not a bad experience but on occasions with old people wandering around in white bathrobes one got the impression one was staying in therapeutic rehabilitation wing of a hospital.The selection of TV channels was somewhat bizarre - no CNN, no BBC and no France 24.

Review 7：The room was really plain for the price with view of the car park. The spa pool was an extra 15 euros to use. Breakfast is even more than that on top of an expensive room. Staff were unhelpful, no one was there to help with luggage either (at a supposedly 4* hotel when you travel alone with a child, that's really bad). We won't be going back.

Review 22：The lagoon pool, the normal pool, 5 minutes to the beach, very nice "bodega' restaurant on site, friendly staff, little balcony with sea view. We booked really late and yet our request to have 2 rooms next to each other was happily accommodated.

Review 23：On arrival we were put into our room which was large with a small windowapprox. 4 feet x 3 feet. And was very claustrophobic, listed as a ClubRoom in the Hotel Brochure. We complained and was told that it was atraditional room and that they had no other room available until 4 dayslater, when we could be moved into a Traditional Room with a balcony. Weaccepted this offer and were moved on the fourth day into this roomwhich was what we expected when we booked. During the first three dayswe had complete discomfort after finding that the air conditioning wasnot working and that the sliding door on the toilet and shower room washanging off its runners and could not be opened or closed. These wererectified after complaining. The picture shown in Booking .Com brochurecovers all types of traditional rooms as informed by the Hotelreceptionist. They have no rooms as standard as listed in the Booking.Com Brochure. If I had known that I was to get a room other than thatwas in the booking brochure I would not have booked the hotel.

Review 48：I believe this has already been stated but this hotel is definitely not a four star. There are no tea or coffee facilities available in the room. Receptionist transposed the figures on the amount to pay at checkout due to doing too many activities at the same time. The hotel had a fish night in their restaurant during our stay and due to its open plan design once you stepped out your bedroom the aroma was overwhelming!

Spa was different, but pleasant experience, although charging guests €5 a day extra seems very petty. Also swimming caps are compulsory, and these are also chargeable for €2 each. Easy access to motorway for our journey back to Bordeaux airport

Review 50：I had to pay extra to access the large pool. Massage are great but very expensive and you needed to bring along special clothe. as i did not know i had to buy at their shop and it is very expensive…… I was very desapointed with the food choice. the restaurants have very small menu and the bad point is that if you come late you have nothing to eat… no food is served after 10pm or 9.30 pm for the main. I come one night at 9.45 and was only offered sweets. you have no choice, there is no room service so you go bed hungry….it is a place if you wake up early and go to bed by 10….. so not really for me…. and if you are over 50 ….

Review 54：Personnel considered us not their clients but booking clients. they even said that to us. INCREDIBLE. So they gave us the worst room possible. we had a view to the parking lot. Always ask for room looking to the sea. They only provide soap and champoo for the first day. When asked no way to obtain it. INCREDIBLE for a 4 star hotel. We felt rejected because we were "booking clients" not "their hotel cliente"

This very slow kitchen is absolutely unacceptable. And the food served did not live up to expectations. Major area for improvement!

Review 65：The water evacuation pipes next to our room were rather noisy and woke us once or twice! Also the lagoon spa pool was not included in our hotel price which we didn't realise when we booked. However as hotel guests we did get a special rate for the lagoon pool so it was not too expensive.

Review 67：For the event I was attending, several guests were located in anadjoining building with smaller rooms; they seemed to be less satisfiedwith both guest and meeting rooms. Breakfasts were good but needed alittle more variety. Important: the hotel doesn't have an atm, and theclosest was a few kilometers away. Our taxis wanted cash, so cashreplenishment was an issue. Found atm at Biarritz city centre aftertaking bus for shopping.

Review 68：The ocean view from my 2nd floor room was spectacular. Boardwalk waseasily accessible for long walks along beach. Hotel noise not noticeablein room, even though door opened to interior of hotel. Friday seafoodbuffet was grand. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was clean andcomfortable.
