Review 9:Staf, excellent recommendation for restaurants. The food is excellent at the Restaurant naar the swimming pool. Ask the reception for directions, only 5 min. walk.
Review 10:Met another couple in the lobby who recommended we get the classic sandwich, as we hadn't eaten we said we would. ten minutes later we asked for said sandwich and we were told no. When we explained that our friends had just eaten, we were told that there must have been a mistake, there was no food to be served! :(
Review 11:Great location, super friendly and helpful staff, bar one!
Review 12:Meters away from the Camino trail. Credentials (pilgrim passports) available in few town locations, the nearest is the Santa Marina church located few hundred meters from the hotel. Pilgrim shop is on the opposite corner. The town center is nearby. Excellent value for price.

Review 60:Near the camino and really good facilities. Recommend this one !
Review 61:We had to stop in Sarria as my wife got sick while walking the Camino. Fatima ordered in soup and was extremely helpful in providing information. We will stay here again when we repeat the Camino in a couple of years.
Review 62:Fatima who works on the front desk was amazing/ very helpful at booking us hotels for the rest of the trip. She went the extra mile. Also good variety of breakfast food.
Review 63:We had a reservation for a handicap room, for which I asked a confirmation and I received it. When we arrived at the hotel we were told that the person occupying that room asked to stay another day and they had no heart, due to her condition, to tell her no. My wife has been paralyzed from the chest down for the past 47 years and she absolutely needs -specially- a bathroom with the necessary facilities. The bathroom in the room we were given was very inconvenient (among other things, the door could not be closed because the wheelchair was on the way). While I understand the situation the person who decided to give our room to the guest occupying it, I told her that she did not know in what situation the next person (my wife) was. No other solution was offered. I was left more or less with the decision of "take it or leave it".
Review 64:The personnel was very nice in the explanations they gave us regarding the situation I'm explaining in what I didn't like.
Review 65:There was one man on the front desk who was very unhelpful with me. He seemed impatient with my poor Spanish language skills and basically waved me away. The lady who booked me in was most helpful in contrast.
Review 66:Nothing - a great stay.
Review 67:Staff was the best of any hotel we had on the Camino. Staff helped us with directions, did laundry, ordered us a pizza delivered on a stormy night, and fixed us breakfast the next morning. All spoke English.
Review 68:Fatima at the front desk was our angel. Her English is perfect and demeaner wonderful. Made us future arrangements with a smile. Very quiet hotel....nice breakfast.
Review 69:Nothing worth commenting on
Review 70:The Hotel was clean and well kept. The Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Free Wifi is available. The Hotel is located just 90 m from the Camino de Santiago, and therefore is perfect for those doing this trip
Review 71:The beds and furniture are a bit worn and very old (like 1970s). This is an adorable hotel in a good location, so if they would update some then to me it would be the best deal in town.
Review 72:The staff was warm and welcoming. Very helpful and gave us info on the city as needed.
Review 73:very basic, with a barely adequate mattress and facilities in the room
Review 74:cheap and close to the old town (such as there was of it) and the city of the new town
Review 75:The rooms were adequate and clean but the walls are thin. We heard a person in a nearby room snoring in the middle of the night.
Review 76:The staff was incredibly helpful. I arrived early with a bummed knee from the Camino. They got me into the room early, provided me coffee while I waited, and assisted in any way possible to make the stay enjoyable. They even made suggestions and called to make an appointment at a local osteopath to work on my knee.
Review 77:Really noisy room near the lifts could not sleep in even if you wantedto. WiFi didn't work on. Level 5 intermittent connection inreception very frustrating when trying to book for next location.
