Review 1：As a whole the hotel is absolutely lovely however they make there money on wifi, when we went they said it's €7 for the whole stay so we thought brilliant however they meant €7 for each person using wifi as it only works on one device per password.

Review 2：The staff was very friendly and the entertainment every night was great! it was close to all the attractions like Magaluf strip, beaches and restaurants but fair away enough for abit of peace and quiet.

Review 8：THE TRUTH, Apartment was very clean, though DATED, pool area was very good with lots of sun loungers, entertainment was good, staff were very helpful, no noisy teenagers or drunken groups it was families and couples, the beach and Magaluf were minutes walk away which was great .We were a bit concerned looking at some of the reviews but some people moan about anything and there was nothing to worry about, cheap, cheerful and excellent value for money

Review 24：The appliances were old and outdated. I was afraid to turn the aircon on to not get a pneumonia or something. There was rust in the bathroom and on the shower. There is just no point mentioning the lack comfort of the beds. I moved out after one night when I landed very late and was forced to stay there.

Review 25：There was absolutely nothing nice about this place. The swimming pool was awful with so much chlorine in the water it made my eyes water even before I entered the pool. The "grass" on the photos is actually artificial. It is just a concrete area with a pool in the middle.

Review 36：When we arrived we were told our 2 little ones (2&4) didn't need all inclusive bands as they wouldn't be serving themselves and always with us as parents. The bar staff then caused a fuss about them not having bands on a week into our holiday! They need to decide on the rules and stick to them. We also asked to borrow an iron but were told that they didn't have any. There was no further offer of any help as to where we might get one. There was a broken tile sticking up in the swimming pool area. Lots of groups of males and females - we were woken up by loud music and noise during our holiday so not a family hotel. I could go on ......

Pool was too cold as it wasn't heated but not too worried about that, some parts of the pool area could do with repairs to paving etc. Paid wifi is 7 euro for one device only (or one at a time) so for two devices you pay 14 euro etc.

Review 43：We had a really good stay here, for only £230 for the week we couldn't complain. Staff were lovely, areas clean, apartment was lovely and spacious, huge kingsize bed and clean. I had requested a travel cot and this was all set up and waiting for us on arrival in the room. Staff were always eager to help. On check out we asked if we could check out an hour later (1pm) and they let us free of charge. Pool great although freezing! Free wifi in communal areas and 7 euro for a week in room which isn't too bad compared to other places I have stayed.

Review 72：Juan on reception was very polite and helpful and upgraded us to a ground floor apartment free of charge. The apartments near reception had sun all afternoon. The sun beds assigned to the individual ground floor apts was brilliant. The snack bar food was lovely. Beautiful grounds and pool. So close to both Palma Nova and Magaluf yet on a quiet street. Lovely fresh bread/pastries in supermarket next door.

Review 73：The security guard at night was like Robocop we weren't even making noise at night while we were having a few drinks before we headed out but he always told us to either leave and go out or they would kick us out of the hotel. There was 13 of us on this trip so it was hard to be completely quiet our neighbours never complained about us making noise so I don't no what his problem was with us. If ur visiting this hotel as a group get away for the nightlife I would not recommend this place as they don't seem to like big groups of young people

Review 101：The kitchen facilities and utensils are minimal - be ready to bring your own pots and pans if you plan to cook. There is very little space for cooking and indoor dining. The rooms and especially the bathroom are rundown, air conditioner makes lots of noise. A few times there was no hot water. There is no freezer, only refrigerator - nowhere to keep your ice-cream.
