Paraíso de los Pinos offers elegant and new refurnished apartments, only 1,650 feet from Formentera’s Migjorn Beach and 1.9 miles from the town of Sant Francesc, where you can enjoy the antique Mola Market and a wide variety of restaurants and bars. The facilities include a tennis court, outdoor pool, hot tub with sun terrace, free WiFi and free parking.
Each modern apartment has air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and a balcony or terrace. Living rooms come with a sofa bed and the fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, ceramic hob, fridge and Nespresso coffee maker. Bed linen and towels are included in all the apartments, as well as free toiletries.

Review 1：Slightly remote location, so you will need some sort of transport for evening meals. The restaurant is lovely but expensive.

Review 2：Beautiful place, all the final touches had been thought of and it exceeded our expectation. The team were very welcoming and helpful for planning activities.

Review 3：It was all great for us for one night. If I'd been staying for longer I think I might have got slightly annoyed with the lack of outlook, nice to have a bit of outside space though anyhow and the pool isn't far away.

Review 4：The lady at reception couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. She arranged for breakfast to come to the room before a very early flight. Great to have a mini smart apartment rather than just a hotel room.

Review 5：Wifi was shocking and Unfortunately I cut my foot on a piece I glass on the floor of the bedroom, but other than that the perfect stay.

Review 7：the wifi was patchy at best and didn't work in our room. only 4 nespresso capsules were included for our entire 6 night stay - additional pods were available from the front desk at €1 each so on principle we ended up buying a pack from the grocery store in san ferran (had i known these wouldn't be supplied throughout the holiday, i would have brought some with me but honestly when you pay almost €400 / night, you would think complimentary coffee to isn't too much to ask!) small complaint though for an otherwise great stay.

Review 8：the room itself was just heavenly - large and comfortable with great facilities (shower, kitchen, etc.). the communal and pool areas were decorated and maintained with great care and the breakfast was fantastic. the shower room in the hospitality suite was a huge bonus - we enjoyed our entire final day on the beach and arrived for our flight feeling fresh rather than uncomfortable and covered in sand / sunscreen.

Review 9：Some staff at breakfast were quite ignorant and slow. We were there for 6 nights and one guy became quite irritating when asking my wife for the 4th time for the room number and then came back saying the last name (mine) seemed foreign where she appears to be Spanish (which she is). When the guy saw me he was OK. My wife was not amused being approached this way.

Review 11：The wifi was pretty bad - although it was free it was difficult to access in the rooms and in the strongest part of the hotel (the restaurant, reception) the connection was not strong and it was difficult to download emails or research places to go, see maps etc.

Review 12：The staff were very welcoming, always helpful and attentive. The location was a little further from the beach than we had thought but still a relatively easy walk. Hiring a scooter / car is a must as there are far nicer beaches that can be driven to around the island. The pool area was really lovely and a nice break from the beach if desired. The rooms were very large, very comfortable and well facilitated.

Good breakfasts, great pool, and we really liked the location: not far from the beach and from San Francesc. Perfect. We'll definitely be going back. Loved it.

Review 26：The location is a little remote, if looking for shops, restaurants etc. We were looking for a quiet retreat, with a short walk to the beach- which is what you get.

Review 33：The place was completely renovated when we arrived. We were one of the first ones using the beautifully decorated studio / apartments. What can I say, it was just a wonderful place. The lunch and breakfast in the restaurant was excellent, the pool beautifully located, the free nespresso coffee a great service and the new design very unique. I am sure prices will increase soon because this concept can target travellers seeking a bit more luxury.
