Review 1：The shower curtain looked really dirty, the shower holder broke in my hands, the shower had literally no pressure so showering was not an easy task.
Review 2：The roomed looked really nice as we first walked in and it looked beautiful. The lobby of the hotel is gorgeous!

Review 6：I have got a room at the 3 floor. There was no Elevator, nobody was helping me with my havy laguage. I am still suffering from back pains. I have used the shower in the morning. the water was ice cold. When I complained about it the concerge only told me you need to start the water 5 minutes before to take a shower to get warm water. No excuse, no Information before. Not very Kind.

Review 22：The staff was not welcoming.The room and bathroom were tiny and notclean.There was no complementary coffee or tea.The terrace was enclosedin a patio with no view.
Review 23：The hotel had a funny smell in the common areas although the rooms were fine, no parking in front of hotel to get luggage in but plenty of on street parking near by. Expensive stay for the quality of hotel but then we are near Monaco.

Review 28：Booked in for a twin bed and ended up on the floor after a stretcher bed was given as an option. Bathroom was that small could barely wipe my but. Really don't ask for much but this was a real let down....

Review 30：No elevator. The bathroom is very very small. The taxi arranged by thehotel is more expensive than the general taxis. The busses going toMonte Carlo are usually very crowded and there is no bus after 8pm. Themajor problem is the commute for this hotel if you don't have a car.

I found the hotel a very relaxing place to stay and would without doubt recommend its' use to all of my friends and associates. My second visit.
Review 39：I didn't like the fact that my bathroom and bedroom were so very small. I also didn't like that my room was on the third floor with no elevator and with a steep staircase. They did bring and take our suitcases though.
