Review 1：1) The mattresses are VERY firm, to the point of being painful for my back. I wish I had known so I could have bought an inflatable mattress pad with me. The staff gave me a slightly smaller, softer, children's bed in the end which was a little more comfortable. 2) The wifi worked only on non-Apple products, so I could not connect to wifi on my iPad during my trip. The staff are aware of the problem but don't know when it will be fixed so I was just stuck.
Review 2：The staff are friendly as everyone says but also actually able to help and are quite competent. I love the breakfast buffets! Very good coffee. And the apperitivo at night is great.

Review 4：I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Voramar, from start to finish. The staff are friendly and courteous. The specification of the bedroom and public rooms are excellent. Great choice of food at breakfast and the bonus of a drink and tapas provided in the evening free of charge. Only 100 metres from the sea. I did not notice any street noise, even though the hotel is set on the main street of Es Pujols. Superb.

Review 11：very small room for the price, but we did book last minute. Staff on the island struggle to speak English, it's either Spanish or Italian.

Review 18：Noises in the morning, walls seem to be a bit thin therefore it causes some annoying disturbances following a long night of drinking !
Review 19：Not quiet enough, there was a constant squeeky noise from an air conditioning unit from a neighboring building and some of the guests were too loud after midnight. I realise that these problems are not the fault of Voramar and it's difficult to find a solution, but they spoilt my stay at Voramar.

Review 21：However my first room for the night the air conditioner didnt work, I was told I would be compensated by the night manager on the rate of the next 2 nights, however when I raised this when leaving they claim there was never any agreement to compensate???So i suppose I was hearing things???That was disappointing
