Reviews for Pierre & Vacances Résidence Le Belmont

Review 1:Carpet in apartment was covered in dog hair but this was addressed immediately once we let reception know

Review 2:Location. My husband missed last bus between 1600 and 1800 and member of staff (Patrice?) went to look for him even though he was just about to go home. Any issues were also immediately dealt with by him. Thanks again!

Review 3:The internet that we had to pay for was very slow and it was difficult to download documents from emails. There was no world news on the TV

Review 4:Staff were very friendly and helpful, very clean

Review 5:the sofa bed was terrible - must have been several years old and was incredibly creaky and uncomfortable. The bed dipped in the middle so we ended up sleeping on a mattress on the floor. The accommodation was fine, just not worthy of 4 stars.

Review 6:Location was great (quiet but very close to everything), staff were really friendly, the dishwasher in the kitchen was a great touch and the bed linen was really clean and fresh.

Review 7:Boot heaters in lockers did not work properly, boots were wet each morning Poor wifi quality even paid 20 eur per week No ski in

Review 8:Friendly staff Good location, ski out

Review 9:We expected to get a double bed & a sleeping sofa, as advertised onbooking.com, but this didn't happen. When we mentioned this to thestaff, they said they have no power whatsoever on what picturesbooking.com is advertising (?!) and they dismissed us by saying that thehotel is fully booked. Our friends literally had to sleep on bunk bedsin the hallway with no windows and barely enough place for 2 people topass one by each other. Very disappointing.

Review 10:the opened couch is not comfortable. There is a walk of 10 minutes to the ski area.

Review 11:A large apartment (even suitable for a family with 3 children), equipped kitchen.

Review 12:quiet , ski in/ski out to trans arc was a bonus wifi worked well, short walk to amenities in evening. Helpful reception. Studio apartment clean with good cooking facilities. Third visit to Les Arcs will rebook here if we come again but will pay extra for one/two bedroom apartment.

Review 13:Unfortunately, the apartment smelt of stale tobacco. The beds were also very norrow for an adult. The boot room also needed some more seats/seating.

Review 14:Helpful staff. The location was also quite good with little or no walking to the lifts. Nice resort with plenty of snow.

Review 15:During our staying, there was some error on Wifi, we couldn't access wifi almost one day. It had been finally fixed, but not a good experience.

Review 16:Access to the slope Staff was really kind.

Review 17:There was a minor error in the service as we were promised delivery of bed sheets and cleaning materials in room but didn't received them. When I inquired in the evening, the cleaning crew has already left. Nevertheless the receptionist took care of it without delay. In case you need to use the sofa bed as we did, keep your expectation low. It's fine for short stay but not idea for a week.

Review 18:The exit of the ski storage room gives on a slope. Exceptionally helpful staff. We were given a room as soon as we've reached the residence and everything was well explained. We had room 113 for 5 people which was relatively spacious. There were two washrooms and toilets which is great. Kitchen has all the basic utensils for cooking and you can order fresh bread and morning croissant at the reception.

Review 19:- Limited parking (couldn't get a space) - Ski -in is difficult for novices - Taking unauthorised monies off credit card - subsequently refunded but only after I had to prove it ( a cursory check on their behalf was all that was needed)

Review 20:Cleanliness and comfort of apartment

Review 21:There could have been more chairs in the ski closet room to use forwearing the ski shoes. The toilet also didn't have a single toiletroll (usually there's at least one) or a towel rack which couldhave been easily put up. The tv was an old model, so we couldn't(or know how to) switch to English on some programmes. The parking wasfull, although the site said you didn't need reservation--wasn't clear whether you couldn't reserve or whether youdidn't need to. The site also said Euro 50 while when we arrivedthe info sheet said Euro 70.

Review 22:The system was extremely efficient: check in and check out were no hassle--no deposits, no clean ups or inventory check. The staff were alsoextremely helpful and friendly--told us to just call when we went downto get a new light bulb and said we just needed to leave thesheets/towels inside. They also tried to speak English.Towels/sheets were provided without charge. Rooms were sufficient, clean, and no problem. Internet Euro 25 for the whole family for a weekwas ok, although free would have been better.

Review 23:Would have preferred a view of the valley instead of trees. Bed wasn't that comfortable but overall ok.

Review 24:Friendly staff. Was able to leave the appartment a few hours later. Near shopping arcade. The kitchenette was great!

Review 25:The accommodation was clean, the staff were friendly and the location was ideal, we were very happy with our choice of stay.

Review 26:Nothing

Review 27:Good location - quiet at night

Review 28:Slopes run straight to locker room

Review 29:Very small by American standards. Hard beds.

Review 30:Can't beat the ease of access to slopes and the village. Good basic lodging.

Review 31:Size, comfort, location, decoration, setup, access to games and fondue set. Good value for money in les arcs

Review 32:Nothing!

Review 33:Everything . Friendly and accommodating staff. Clean rooms. Great ski lockers and good ski in- out access to slopes. Hope to book again next year.

Review 34:No 24hr hotel reception/staff Ski return to hotel uses narrow steep track

Review 35:Great location next to main ski lift and 5 minute walk to village area. good size rooms with perfect facilities

Review 36:Quiet, comfortable, well-appointed 2-room flat. Could ski down a track from back door of ski store to main lift (about 100 yards). Close enough to resort centre for convenience but far enough to escape any racket!

Review 37:Duvets to small to fit the beds. Ski lockers that u can only get 2 snowboards on when the room u have booked sleeps 5. Poor wife signal. TV that wouldn't accept the home signal from my laptop or tablet due to " incorrect mode"

Review 38:Well situated. Quiet. Friendly staff. Local to shopping and eating areas.

Review 39:There is very little that I didnt like. I know it is self catering butan oven and a toaster would make such a difference. I drank directlyfrom the kitchen tap water which looked really clean and got quite sick.

Review 40:The Ski in and ski out. Lots of hot water. The shower and bath weregreat. Lovely and cosy and warm.

Review 41:В этот отель приезжаю уже 10 лет начиная с 2002 года.Бюджетный,удобное местоположение ,хорошие номера.Все то ,что нужно для отличного катания на лыжах и отдыха.

Review 42:It was quite strange for me that for such a price you have to buy toiletpaper, trash bags yourself ... I imagined someone in the middle of thefreezy night, halfawaken, going to toilet, taking a dump and realisingsuddenly that there is no paper left ... hehehhehehehehe

Review 43:I spent 7 nights of Xmas 2011 in Le Belmont. We were 2 in four personappartment and it was already too crowded. Nice and fast checking inafter long journey gave me a good mood for the rest of the evening.Short distance to the slopes allowed profiting the daylight to themaximum, also department stores and restos were at 5 mins walk down (and a bit more up ). Clean and hygenic bed linen, kitchen utensilia, bathroom. Small tv provided some entertainment, but for the wifi youhave to pay extra. Very quiet and calm place.

Review 44:The apartment was very good with room for the suitcases and for the etra clothes. And the skiing was super.

Review 45:A small apartment - however this is a low budget option so to be expected.

Review 46:Location on the slopes, friendly and accommodating staff

Review 47:No free wifi, no toaster,

Review 48:Skiing to door heated boot room , central location , ski to lifts

Review 49:Excellent location next to trans arc lift and the village

Review 50:Non-free WiFi.

Review 51:Ski-to-door, the helpful staff, nice room.

Review 52:Small beds

Review 53:Locale fir ski lift friendly staff facilities

Review 54:No sauna and swimming pool

Review 55:No oven and poor ventilation of the cooking-facility.

Review 56:Good location close to main skilift. Skiboot drying facility in the skilocker.

Review 57:Long queue/wait at check-in.

Review 58:Quiet.
