Review 1：We miss some heating control. Bar-restaurant is not at same level than rooms, neither spa zone. It need some renewal.

Review 2：Apartment very comfortable, clean and plenty of useful details. Common areas very well solved with specific zone for children.

Review 3：parking was a little expensive swiming pool not included signing us on a paper in Spanish with all kitchen things without us being able to check it. really no need for that

Review 5：During the entire stay the hotel stuff made little efforts to address our needs , with quite poor service level: As booking advertise pool & gym as part of the hotel believed it's included. Hotel told us they would charge and suggested we approach booking. They made no effort to compensate. We were surprised to realize app not cleaned during the stay, towels not replaced, no soup or anything provided and worst- not even toilet paper. On checkout their internet did not function so they asked us to pay cash even though booking confirmed card payment, with no effort to compensate on this. Overall people in charge not welcoming, flexible and whole feeling is not of hospitality. We did not have a sense of getting value for our money and would not recommend it. There are many cheaper places which make more effort
