Review 2：Great location, helpful friendly staff, good selection of Room Service snacks. Great relaxing atmosphere. (This is a city centre hotel so some traffic noise is to be expected). Highly recommend a stay.

Review 4：Excellent hotel just 15 mins walk from the Cathedral area but all the better for that - and near the Fabrica area which is more Spanish and has lots of bars and restaurants. Great rooms and staff.

Review 5：Rooms are big with a fine furnishings but quite neglected. It is obvious that the staff is not caring about the comfort of their guests as much as they could. The hotel spa looked like a joke to us- it is a tiny room with an old sauna and whirlpool smelling terribly of chlorine. There were no seats or deckchairs where people could rest after the sauna. The parking should be free.

Finally the location was good; a few minutes walk took us to the centre of the old town and the same again led us to the cathedral and the marina.

Review 40：This is an extremely tacky hotel without any charm whatsoever. The photos are misleading and the rooms are, while spacious enough, drab and boring. We had asked for a room on a high floor - an got one on the first floor. Hm... "It's the only room left" was the explanation. Given that we had reserved a week in advance, a quite poor explanation. Our room (no 115) had no real balcony (for which we had paid) and had a terrible view to what can only be described as a dump. There are so many better places to stay in Palma!

Review 41：Excellent hotel for its value price. It was a walkinf distance to everything . And there is a bus stop less then a minute away , thats takes you to the beach or wherever you wanna go. The staff were super freindly and always willing to help . Balthazar from the reception was excellent. Rooms were clean, aircondion worked great . I was a solo traveller so worried a bit , but the trip turned out great, and the hotel made things easier . And everyone worked to make you stay comfy. I will stay there again for sure when i come back :D

Review 42：Wi-Fi is terrible. It "comes and goes". If you plan to work a bit and have stable connection - not going to happen. And if you ask administration to help - they will not do anything. We had to rent wi.fi router from some private company.

Review 46：The location is a little outside the main action in the city center, by about a 10-15min walk. So, not bad, but just not right in the middle of everything. The wifi was hit or miss. Initially it was pretty good, but just got slower and slower after a couple of days.

Review 47：Loved the fact that it has central air conditioning so even the bathroom got cool. The bed was extremely comfortable. The little balcony was nice. The room and bathroom were both a very good size. The closet was also really big. Everything was nice and clean. Good water pressure in the shower. Plenty of counter space in the bathroom. The staff was nice. We didn't eat any meals or use the sauna/baths/spa, but the facilities looked very nice. Parking was easy and not overpriced.

Trip was to try on my wedding dress with my mum and the hotel is 1 minute walk from an excellent shopping area, about 5 minutes from the cathedral, 5 minutes from amazing bars and restaurants. Large clean bathroom, large code locked safe in room, nice cosmetics provided, comfy bed. Paid for breakfast on one day which was cooked breakfast and continental selection, not a huge variety but it was ok. Something to note, if you pay for breakfast the mini bar is free. The mini bar in the room is cheaply priced and a good range of alcoholic and soft drinks. Hairdryer in the room is really good. Plug sockets next to bed for phone charging. Air con in room v good. Reception v friendly, no queues at reception.

Review 50：They called us at 1am while we were sleeping. We stayed an extra night and instead of extending the stay needed us to sign a whole new page which they never explained to us. Then as 1am they called us to ask if we could come and do so!?!?! I said no, that I was sleeping and would do it in the morning. Thought it was a little crazy. We also asked for a double bed and got 2 singles which we weren't informed about (this is the second time too).

Review 54：This shiny clean hotel is in a perfect location for exploring Palma. The surrounding area of Santa Catalina is a bit run down but it's old so don't let this put you off...its a lovely stroll into Palma, with its beautiful buildings, bars and shops. We were on the fifth floor and despite the busy road the room was very quiet. The bathroom was huge and modern with built in radio - a nice touch. I would stay here again without hesitation, there are so many nice bars and restaurants about two blocks from the hotel towards the seafront.

Review 56：This hotel was one of the few that had rooms when I arrived in Palma on a last-minute trip to visit friends. I stayed for five nights and really enjoyed this pleasant, convenient place. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the hotel was within easy walking distance to many landmarks, and it was very quiet despite being at full occupancy. I would definitely stay here again. I didn't use the gym or eat in the restaurant, so I don't know the quality of these facilities.

Review 73：Location, helpful smiling staff. We only ate breakfast there, which was OK but nothing special. Room was quiet, with a huge bathroom including bidet. You can control the level of heating which was good as we were there in January and at first it felt a bit chilly inside. We could leave bags safely for a few hours after checking out.

The receptionist said he will sort it but nothing happened, we waited half a hour then went back to reception to be told the maintenance staff is not there and there's nothing they can do. They didn't bother to let us know though, we could have been waiting for hours. Wifi only worked in the corridors and the lobby, not in the room.

Breakfast is a good value - we booked the room without breakfast but seeing the choices in the morning we decided to have it there. The staff is kind and helpful.
