Review 1：The share bathrooms are pretty basic, and the rooms are rather spartan, and may not suit those who don't like stairs. It was also a little hard to find, and parking was not nearby.
Review 2：The hotel is fairly inexpensive and located fairly centrally. There are English speaking staff as well.
Review 3：Rock band outside front door until late at night - no warning of this. No fan or a/c and extremely hot night. Grumpy staff. No breakfast included. Very hard bed.

Review 5：When asked for a room with a bathroom included, this was not available, which we understand. When asked for a room with air-conditiong, they didn't have one, which we can understand. However, the owner continued to tell us that in all of Cluny there was no such thing as a hotel with air-condition. OK, thanks for the information. After unpacking our clothes and whatnot, we went downstairs. The owner immediately told me that he checked for hotels with AC in Cluny, and that there was only one hotel with AC, but it cost 100 euro/night. Umm, okay, thanks again for the information I guess. What he did next was absolutely disgusting. While constantly eyeing my girlfriend, he continued to tell us that "if you don't move in your bed and don't do any thing "special" it won't be as bad to cope with the heat". Absolutely disgusting remarks. During the night, the guests slammed the doors and kept on showering/using the toilets till 02:00 AM, it's safe to say we didn't get any sleep. We didn't try the breakfast. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Review 7：It was very hot in Cluny and there is no air conditioning. Bed linen is changed only 1 time during 7 days and the room was cleaned very poorly and rarely.

Review 9：Location brilliant: steps from everything. People running the hotel are very friendly and kind. Room very clean. Wifi worked well. Shared facilities are fine - basic but clean and well kept. Breakfast perfectly adequate (fresh bread, fresh croissant, jams, honey, butter, tea/coffee). A very pleasant experience.

Review 24：I have arrived at the hotel at 1 pm in order to read at the closed door that the hotel wiil open again at 5 pm. I did not get any information on check in time. I came back at 5 pm but the hotel was still closed. I waited 5-7 minutes without success. I came back third time at 5.30 pm and the hotel was open for check in. The lady at the reception was unfriendly when I confronted her with the facts. I asked for an upgrade for compensation but she was not interested in my problems. The room was tiny and ugly.
