Review 1：Excellent location. Beautiful hotel with exquisite views of the mountains. Loved the decoration and feel of the hotel. Good restaurant - kids raved about the "Spiderman Spaghetti". Friendly host and staff. Enjoyed the swimming pool!

Review 2：Maid service only once per week. No fans or air-conditioning in the rooms, and the summer was very very hot. If the windows are kept open tormented by flies as the hotel is next to a farm. Smell of manure always in the air.

Review 3：Visited in Summer: Amazing location, right next to the bus terminus giving access via the direct bus to Innsbruck. Great views from the room. Room was cosy and clean, bed comfortable, excellent and filling breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff, especially the manageress.

Review 5：Located in a lovely quiet village, buses ran every 15 mins into Innsbruck. The staff were so helpful and friendly the meals were delicious. The facilities on site, were great, indoor heated pool, sauna, wellness centre and the best equipped apartment with great attention to detail.

Review 7：One of the most beautiful places I've have visited. The staff is gently, helpful. The half pension was a good surprise because I've read bad commentary about the food, but actually it was really good.

Review 10：Food! do not take a half board option! cheap meals, everyday pork over 7 days in different variation. Paying EUR35 per person per night for HB, you would expect something more then soup made from leftovers, pork with potatoes or noodles and ice creams! take a bb option or room only, if you like good food cook for yourself, every room fitted with small kitchenette.

Review 12：Bettina and Franz were excellent hosts and were very helpful during our stay. Bus to Innsbruck Hbf is only 20 mins by bus with frequent service - the hotel is a great way to experience both Innsbruck city and environs. Will be back - !

Review 13：Interiors of the room. Very ugly looking room. Very small room. We had a family room but the kids beds were placed in a room which was smaller than a dog house.

Review 27：The personnel of the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is also great, we loved the food, lots of tasty and quality meals, and the breakfast was great, with eggs prepared as wished. The room was renovated, good bathroom and enough space with a cute small kitchen. It had an indoor swimming pool with facilities and a sauna which even though you had to pay for separately it was worth it, it would come with fresh lemonade and fruit, really remarkable. We would totally recommend it. The bus stop to the slopes of Axam Lizum is a few meters away and the bus is for free, every half an hour.

Review 29：Do not believe the pictures and description for the 4-person appartmentI am writing regarding our stay at the Ferienclub Schlösslhof in march 2013. We booked a 4-adults appartment (and also a 2 adult appartment) through booking.com The 2 adult-appartment was as described on booking. The booking.com description and the pictures of the 4-adult appartment (white walls, dark sofa, wood floor) indicates that the appartment had: -90m2 -a separate bedroom with a double bed with a separate entrance - a sofa bed and a double bed But we were VERY disappointed that the actual appartment we got was: - 30m2 (maximum) - a *very small* separate bedroom of 2 bunk beds with the same entrance - a full double bed and 2 bunk beds The appartment had nothing to do with what we reserved. The main room was not convenient at all since it was small, without a sofa bed but a large double bed. Most importantly: we have a baby and the bedroom with the bunk beds was so small that the baby bed could not fit in. Therefore the baby bed was in the main room where we ate, which means the baby could not sleep when we cooked, eat or play in the main room. Knowing this setting, we NEVER would have booked this kind of appartment. The pictures and description on booking for the 4 adult appartment had nothing to do with the reality. This is not correct practices and we expected some feedback and compensation from Mondi Holiday ( the hotel chain) . We sent 3 emails in 2 weeks and never got any answer. The actual hotel answered us saying the pictures were like "a billboard flag". But within the booking website, it looks like it is what you actually booking

Review 30：Part time reception was very frustrating. Better balcony view would've been nice, instead of facing a residential property.

Review 31：Excellent location and not too far from Innsbruck Airport. Free ski bus picked up from just down the road. Warm rooms with plenty of hot water for a shower.

Review 34：The front desk is not open between 11-16:00, this means it is not possible to check in at all before 4pm and now one to help you or tell you what to do. I found that quite pathetic having the bar lady having to help us leave our bags and telling us to return in 3 hours.
