Review 1：I wanted to pay three rooms with all cost in just one time and one invoice and was imposible. We had to pay at check in the rooms and and check out breakfast and taxes

Review 2：The junior family suite smelt a bit dampy. However, lucky for us the airco solved that smelly problem. Kitchen closed at 21.30 p.m.

Review 3：Since in low season our reservation (regilar junior suite)was upgraded to a magnificent junior family suite with entresol and 2 bathrooms. We could store our roadbikes in one of the meetingrooms. Last but not least: very nice swimmingpools and sauna, free for guests.

Review 4：The staff couldn't be more helpful, everyone was really kind and wanting to help as much as possible. We enjoyed watching people play gold from our balcony. The indoor pool is not very big, but it was really great to have. Also, you have access to the pools/golf (if you're interested) etc on the day you leave, which is great. Diner was lovely as well (quite expensive however).

Review 5：There are no wifi, they say golf or pool view , was parking view , no air conditional in the room really strange for 4*, the room was in annexe appartment and not in building hotel , room old and ship decoration, bathroom very small and old , the bath have more then 15 years size for children , staff reception limit aggressive, no wifi , bad connection , the phonic isolation is bad ,

Review 6：breakfast offering was average. Indoor spa facilities were disappointing (sauna not very hot) but could be seasonal issue.

Review 10：We had to cancel one of the rooms, on day before our arrival, because a little child travelling with us was ill. Still the hotel was too strict in charging us quite heavily (3/4th of the charges) even though we were ready to provide them with a doctor's note on her health. We found it too un-polite.

Review 17：Our room was compact with double aspect views which was lovely but they hung a lamp from the ceiling so you banged into it everytime you moved around the bed. Easily solved we just hung it up on the fitting. The toilet was position so it made it impossible for anyone over 5' to sit comfortably on the toilet. Access to the internet was annoyingly patchy except for in the bar!! Minor points that didn't matter too much otherwise we would have asked for another room.

Review 18：The location was excellent and facilities at the hotel were very good. The food was first class. Very close to the beach which was stunning.

Review 19：Our non-smoking room stank of cigarette smoke. It was disgusting and horrible to try to sleep in. The staff were unhelpful, said they could not move us and offered nothing to make up for it.

Review 20：Excesively expensive for what they provide. I ordered a coffee at the bar and it was 4,50 euros and was cold!!! The made an expresso and added cold milk?!.... Unexpected for a 4 starts hotel.

Review 21：The hotel is nice but not for the money it costs. Outdoor Swimmingpool is nice and heated. Indoor swimmingpool is average. Jacuzzi too much smell of cloride, dificult to use because of the cloride vapors. Good for golfplayers. I was not there to play golf, but i believe the courts are good.

Review 33：Pool and Jacuzzi are great following a round of golf. Staff are helpful and friendly. Location is great if you are staying specifically for golf. Breakfast excellent.

Review 34：The jacuzzi broke down 2 days after we arrived, as it was out of season the indoor pool a jacuzzi were a key reason for choosing the hotel. We were disappointed it wasn't fixed or a gesture of good will made towards our bill.

Review 35：We liked the location. The hotel is close to the beach, you can walk to it easily. There were safe cycle paths down to the main plate. Lots of restaurants close by and Biarritz was a short car ride away. We also visited Bayonne which was 10 minutes from the hotel. When we arrived the jacuzzi was working and we enjoyed using this alone with the pool and sauna. The hotel staff were very helpful.

Review 36：We had decided to treat ourselves and book a suite, at 130 euro for the night, we were a little disappointed to say the least when we were told our room was in 'The Residence' across from the main hotel. We felt totally separated from the hotel environment, we live in a block of flats, so spending the night in another block of flats was not the treat we had imagined! The room itself wasn't bad, although the bathroom and toilet were ridiculously small! Also the indoor pool and jacuzzi are not 4 star!

Review 37：The restaurant is fabulous and the restaurant staff! We ate dinner and breakfast there and you couldn't fault it! The bar area in the hotel is beautiful, with good service and drinks.

Review 38：Absolutely Fabulous Hotel, spacious rooms with a superb views of the golf course, walking distance to the beach. Friendly helpful hotel staff, good food at the restaurant, breakfast plenty of choice. Shame we didn´t have the golf clubs with us, we will return to play what looks like a fabulous golf course.

Review 46：Surly, generally unhelpful, officious reception desk staff. They did not make us feel at all welcome. We spent a week at this lovely hotel, but minimised our dealings with the front desk, due to their arrogant attitude. One example: The wi-fi connection was faulty and despite our best efforts to have this rectified, during our week's stay - it seemed too much hassle for the receptionists to deal with this. They just fobbed us off with feeble excuses day after day... The management should review their receptionist staff training asap as it not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel.

Review 47：Very large, recently refurbed room. Kept very clean. Good, quiet location, with lovely outdoor pool and good indoor pool and gym as well! Fabulous grounds / golf course. Although, primarily a golfing hotel, (we're not golfers) its a lovely relaxing base from which to explore the beaches, Bayonne, Biarritz etc.

Review 48：Bar service was terrible, very slow and quite expensive. Ost rooms wereLovely but our room had a narrow corridor meant you couldn't use theloo or bathroom and get to the door easily. This made it claustraphobicand at times very hot. Drinks expensive and nowhere just to have asandwich unless a meal at hotel or golf club

Stunning lakeside views and greenery, very private.Nice pool, easy to get to everything and on a bus route. Hotel was fullyet it still remained quiet and private. Plenty of parking, spa for nongolfers or bus ride into Biarittz for shopping at 1 euro per trip.

Review 52：It looks as though it is really dated as you walk into the building,something from a Brady Bunch holiday special (our son mumbled that thehotel looked horrible) but the room had been well renovated and wascomfortable. We had a junior suite (!). My son's room was not in fact aroom, but an alcove that exactly fitted a single bed. We called himHarry Potter because it looked like he was sleeping in a cupboard.
