Camping Playa Joyel is set within the Noja Nature Reserve and has direct access to a sandy beach, on Cantabria's Costa Verde. It offers free parking and a wide range of facilities.

Review 1：Mobile homes very very close together, privacy is zero, very cramped site. We were there last week in July was at times so busy , the noise level was unbearable, if you are looking for relaxation and peace and quiet , this is not the site.

Review 2：Facilities are brilliant, supermarket stocked with everything , pool good, lots going on for children of all ages

Review 3：The children evening activities were very late (spanish times), like for example children movies starting at 22:30. Also what would be good for safety would be a separate road in the camping for cars and one for bikes / pedestrians / skateboards etc.

Review 5：Lack of recycling facilities. Food in café not great and limited for non - meat eaters but staff very friendly and helpful.

Review 6：Situated on beautiful beach which was big enough not to get stupidly crowded - even in August. Site was clean, well organised and pleasant. No rowdy or anti-social behaviour. Able to sleep and ideal for families. Supermarkets nearby for 'big shop'. Nice shop on site for essentials and delicious pastries! Chalet was clean, comfortable and well equipped.

Review 7：No activities organised for teens, although many there. Cyclists not aware enough or respectful of cars. Maybe mini zoo could be open more often?

Review 8：Check in was easy and fast, stayed in same chalet for 2 weeks even though 2 separate bookings made due to lack of availability through Britanny ferries. Site was very clean and staff worked hard to keep that way. Chalet big enough for 4 and ideally located close to beach entrance. Beach clean and sea good for body boarding and swimming. Pool was fine, lifeguard vigilant too. Sporting activities really good and aimed at fitness enthusiasts, got proper workouts! Really useful to have bikes, those without were in the minority...

Review 10：Unbeatable location by a beach and near great countryside and villages.Caravan clean and comfortable and staff helpful.Well stocked shop again great staff.Animal park a nice touch .

Review 11：having to book out at 10am. this is too early. The shop and resteaunt were far too expensive and it was the most expensive place we eat at. The pool facilities were inadequate for the number of people using it. the site was a bit too far from the town of Nojo. a car was needed.

Review 12：its proximity to the beech and it felt safe and it was kept clean altough i am not sure how eco friendly it was. staff were helpful.

Review 13：This is a very chilled out campsite where you could opt for peace and quiet or a more lively vibe. The beach and nature reserve adjoining the site is stunning and the surrounding area beautiful to explore
