Review 1：Music was played over loudspeakers all day, and was sometimes ok but other times loud and this was intrusive.

Review 2：Great location with harbour view and comfortable hotel. Staff were very nice and helpful and room was spotless. Varied breakfast.

Review 5：Nothing not to like. The hotel was much as I expected and more than I expected on several things.

Review 6：I loved the hotel décor, I thought it quaint. The place was laid back and comfortable and the staff were great. Lovely sea view from my room. Food was lovely in the restaurant and breakfast was relaxed too.

Review 7：It is a pity the bacon is soggy and not properly cooked. A variety of croissants and rolls. ....the rolls for my taste a little crusty. The coffee was ok but not amazing Fresh fruit and cheese and cereals. No fresh orange juice.....a type of squash.only, but for the price of the hotel fair eough. .

Review 8：The breakfast was good for the money and the room is lovely with outside areas for looking on to the sea and the beach. There is a lovely comfortable covered area with with subtle lighting and good cane padded seats at the back of the hotel next to the beach. Only one english TV channel, but as it was Discovery which was quite entertaining. I have never watched Discovery before but a good distraction for a while here and there.

Review 10：The location and the breakfast buffet, both the room and the food. Dinner in the restaurant was good and the waiter was very good.

Review 11：Shower attachment very old, & didn't work properly. Wi Fi in room, very weak & intermitent. Girl on reception at check out, was very unfriendly. The only words she spoke to us, was to say the amount to pay. No people skills.

Review 15：when i booked i had the option of a twin or double room both at the same price , i opted for a double , when we arrived we were given twin beds so i went to reception and had such a argument with the receptionist over this issue, she wanted another 75 euros which i refused to pay , telling her that the price quoted on the website was for a double but she would not budge so we stayed in the twin, tele wouldnt work properly so after all the previous aggro i didnt bother reporting it. Wont stay there again and going to have to double check your website in future and take snapshots if i do decide to book thru you again Yours Not Happy

Review 17：WiFi was intermittent and no English channels on TV also a lack of bins in room and bathroom. Breakfast was ok but was not explained that is was self service. I would not recommend this hotel to British holiday makers at times it was quite intimidating

Review 20：The location, value for money, the cleanliness, and of cause the staff. Sitting on the beach in either the snack bar or the restaurant, you would think you were in a five star hotel. Oh you also get free WiFi and free safe deposit box

Review 21：The reception girl was rude and uncooperative and couldn't work out groups booking. Only one light worked in the rooms, some of the showers were not hung on the wall, we booked double beds and got twins and the wi-if never work the whole time we were there. I would not stay here again.

Review 36：The cold breakfast was well presented and very pleasant but unfortunately the cooked breakfast wasn't as good. The bacon was cold and fatty, the sausages were stubby little tasteless chipolatas and the scrambled egg was an odd colour and tasted like it could have been left over from last year. I do confess that the scrambled egg was a little more enticing the next day and so day one's disappointment was hopefully an exception to the norm.

Review 51：It was really wonderful, location is just great - sand, Sea, Sun, seagulls, no big waves. Staff is very professional and friendly and helpful, I could ask a special food in restaurant for my kid when she had a temperature. We had paid only breakfast and it was enough - there are a lot of cafes around the hotel and the restaurant in Palmar hotel is one of the the best in Santa Pola. So I really recommend.

Review 58：The morning staff at breakfast were too busy for the number of guests, sometimes there was just one person trying to keep buffet full, wash dishes by hand, keep areas tidy, better when there were the two of them, but really three people would have been much better. They worked hard!!

We had thevery distinct impression that they are rude to Americans in general,although they never said that. Don't try to have dinner here. Theydon't open for dinner until 8 pm and the wait staff are very slow.It took us over 2 hours to get through dinner and we had to ask forthings several times. It took so long to get our bill that we eventuallyjust got up and left and told the front desk about it. We would notrecommend the hotel restaurant to anybody.

Review 64：The hotel is right on the beach and within walking distance to themarina and a few restaurants. The beach is very nice and you can rentsun chairs and umbrellas for a small fee. Breakfast each morning is thetypical European breakfast and is served until 11 am.
