Review 1：Hotel in busy narrow road, the garage , which had to be paid for. Was a couple of blocks along the road. As I had to find a parking spot in the streets and return to hotel for code . I found a parking spot and left the car there for the night.

Review 2：Receptionist was very welcoming . Room I was allocated had not been made up. When I came back to reception the receptionist was most apologetic . Immediately allocated a new room and insisted on coming up with me to check it and gave me a free breakfast . Buffet breakfast was very nice.

Review 14：This is the second time of staying in this comfy, well run hotel. Reception are very helpful and friendly. Bedrooms are warm, [important in winter], also good air con. Hotel restaurant provides good quality food, with interesting, well priced 'menus of the day'. Very good tapas. In the center of the small town of Santa Pola, just 5 minutes walk to the sea. Lovely long, clean beaches and paseos. Fishing port, with regular boats to Tabarca. Takes 25 mins, cost 15 euro. The Hotel is good value, with all round helpful staff. We hope to be back there soon.

Review 18：The staff were very helpful. The Hotel is central to everything and only a short walk to the beach and Marina. The room (2 x double beds) was more than adequate for our needs. The restaurant downstairs served up a variety of good food at reasonable prices.

Review 19：We were ripped off at the restaurant. We had been at the hotel many times before but we were shamelessly charged a fortune for a dish of fish which was worth a lot less and, in the bill, the name of the fish had been changed for a more expensive one. We complained but nothing was done. There was a purple Micra car parked where guests load their cars and it stayed there all the time. The staff couldn't be bothered. Funnily enough, the last time we had been there before, another car was parked there. It belonged to a member of the staff (!!!).Never again, hotel or restaurant.

Review 20：Not easy access if you are disable or you have a push chair and also the lift its so tiny that you have to wait sometimes ages to be able to use it. The room isolation is very poor i could hear snooring the lady next door.

Review 21：Very clean, good breakfast, very friendly staff. While i was at breakfast the room was done in minutes and very clean i was imoressed. The check out was quick but didnt bother too much about our opinion about our stay there.

Took ages to get the air con working and then we realised it requires a remote which wasn't given at check in Only one wifi code given which meant my husband and I had to take it in turns to use it. Towards the end of our stay there was a large booking of school children and all rooms on our floor were taken by them. Not impressed since we have a one year old. Thought they could have arranged room allocation better. Overall, reasonable budget hotel and very clean. Shame about the staff

Review 70：In the public areas it was very hot and smelled as if we were in thekitchen (in the rooms it was ok - good temperature, no smell).The towels were of bad quality (something synthetic) but they did change it every day so it was not that bad. We needed internet for 3 devices so the receptionist gave us internet access codes for 3 devices. However, only one was working continuously every day - for the other 2, we needed to go to reception every day to activate and print the new access codes. Internet was working well - just mentioning the inconvenience...

Review 71：I was very impressed with the cleaning service in the hotel - cleaningreal good every day (not just making up the bed), changing towelsevery day, etc.The room was large enough, good reliable internet for free, private parking available (10 eu per day fee), good food in the restaurant (note that we were without meals though, ordered in the restaurant like any other customer).

Review 73：Small and friendly hotel, within walking distance to the front. Restaurant and bar attached, plus a TV room, ideal for playing cards with your friends after a day on Tabarca Island. Rooms are not large, but are spotlessly clean and have all you need and the beds are comfy. Good value for money

Review 74：This time i had noisy aircon unit outside window a cracked washbasin although a twin\double room there was only a few hangers just two small drawers and to open one wardrobe door fully the bed had to be moved. Generaly the room was inferior and not as gd as the economy single i booked last time. The staff i saw in the snack bar last tme were very gd but others were a bit rude and took ages to prepare a simple breakfast. In general my stay was not as gd as in may and think standards have dropped a bit.

Review 78：The choice of food was awful for dinner. I cannot eat seafood as I am allergic. Even so the choice we were given wasn't good at all. The menu del dia wasn't available to us and so the choices were virtually nil and we ate the same thing for nearly all our stay which wasn't good at all. Spanish meals can be lovely but we were not given a choice to select, all were were told was meat or fish. If you chose meat all you were given was a couple of pieces of meat and some very very thin chips and that was it. I would not recommend dinner as part of the deal to stay at this hotel as you do NOT get value for money. The room floors could also have been cleaned to a much higher standard too. There were also bugs on the dining room floor, very off putting. I would not recommend a stay there to anyone.

Review 79：The location was very good. Not far from the centre of the town square with plenty of bars, cafes and shops. The beaches were a short walk away and they were lovely and clean and not over-crowded at the time of year we travelled. I love Santa Pola and we used to live near-by so knew it well. Transport by local bus services were great and very reasonable in price.

Review 80：Can be a bit tricky to find in the one-way system. Street parking was also hard to find but we did find a spot just a short walk away. The hotel does have a car park but we only stayed for one night so didn't investigate it.

Review 84：Wifi is completely hopeless - may have been because we were on 4th floor but it drops in and out constantly and then eventually simply terminates your connection requiring you to get another password from reception.

Review 85：Very central in Santa Pola and lots of on the street parking in the surrounding area. We were on the 4th floor and air conditioning was a must even in May. Hotel was clean, comfortable, quiet and the restaurant offers superb Tapas - you can walk to the marina in about 5 mins.

The rather louddisco style music was unsuitable for breakfast time. Other little faultswere corrected quickly upon request, (E.G. cold room) a disabled personwould find it difficult to get into the lift.
