Review 1：accomodation for 1 night - we got room very far away from parking. swimming pool staff (lifeguard, muscle man) unpleasant for us.

Review 3：The people were not nice at all. Not at check in and not anywhere. No wifi in the rooms and hardly anywhere.

Review 5：The food wasn't great, my tv wasn't working, there is no beach, just a rock from which you can jump into the water, everyone speaks Italian although we're in Spain.. And for that amount of money I was expecting something a lot more luxurious.

Review 7：This is our third trip to Punta Prima in Formentera and the food wasn't as good as on previous trips. One of our party is a vegetarian which has always been fine in the past - but this time there was no main course vegetarian meal. I speak Spanish - but this time the Italian reps and pasta chef only wanted to talk in Italian. I think this is very annoying when in a Spanish country.

Review 10：It was our second time here and for sure we were not disappointed. Very relaxing, peaceful atmosphere with amazing sea views. Good food at the restaurant. Beautiful swimming-pool and bar area. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the Eden Viaggi Animation team - they are very good with the children and fun for the adults too , but they are Italian speakers.

Review 12：Great hotel with a magnificent view from the pool/terrace. Perfectly located at only a 10 min walk to the beach/town. (via the rocks, so not for disabled persons) Great bed, clean rooms. Would certainly stay here again.

Review 13：Distance from nearest town suggested it would be a short walk to nearby bars & restaurants. Sadly this walk involves jumping the wall & making your way over cliffs, so not possible at night. The walk by road is over 3 times the distance & again not safe at night. Staff spoke little or no English, food was average at best & WiFi only works close to reception

Review 15：It is a 5 minutes' drive or 10 minutes' walk from Es Pujols, which could be great for some but seem inconvenient for others. The WiFi in my room didn't work while I was staying, but was working throughout the rest of the complex. Not all reception staff spoke English. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

Review 16：I loved the relatively inexpensive price tag (off-peak price of just less than €80 per night), the breath-taking panoramic views of the Es Pujols coastline, the well-maintained pool, bar and greenery, the heartiness and broad selections of the continental breakfast, the well-equipped rooms (double bed + sofa bed, in-room WiFi, floor-length glass door leading out to the balcony with view of the sea) and the availability of bike and scooter rentals on site.

Review 17：Enterainment was poor, but we had hired a scooter so were ablw to go out. You do need transport if you stay here as it is away from the nearest town

Review 18：Good value for money, good selection of food. Good privacy within rooms. Staff and manager are excellent, even when I locked us out our apartment and they had to change a patio door !!!! They dealt with it and I wasn't made to feel an idiot , which I already did !!!

Review 19：It's hard to criticise this hotel as all of the necessities are provided with such a warm and personal touch by their staff. We would probably benefit from more organised excursions to see the other beaches and attractions on the island (like the hippy market). This might be a better use of the animation team, which were charming but had little means to provide quality entertainment. I would normally go to sleep animation time after dinner to save energy for the beach the next day. I was bored and had a lovely chat with one girl from the team one day. Despite byte language barrier (she spoke Italian and Spanish, I spoke English) we enjoyed teaching each other our languages. She also provided some useful information about Es Pujols and the surrounding areas.

Review 20：This was our second year at Hotel Club Subway. It felt as though we returned home. We were looked after very well by the staff and even upgraded to a sea view room. Food is generous with coffee wine and beer are free at meal times. We had a vegetarian picnic which was simple but adequate. The bed was spacious, sheets good quality, and air con effective. Our bathroom was equally as spacious with a bidet and bath and plenty of complementary toiletries. This was more than welcome as Lufthansa had lost our baggage n the way there. Giving us a terrible start to our holiday. However the lovely room, and surroundings helped us to feel at home regardless.

Review 22：The beautiful views - especially from the pool, the peaceful and relaxed atmosphere , the advantages of a resort but with a familiar angle. The buffet dinner was really good. We enjoyed very much the Eden Viaggi animation team - they were friendly and good fun but not too intrusive. They took good care of our son. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was big and comfortable. We would like to go back!

Review 35：Unfortunately I thought the buffet food was poor, particularly the breakfast. I would have liked to have seen more variety - in particular, some fresh cut up summer fruit available, a few more cereals and more options when it comes to hot food. It seemed like there was an overload on pastries and bread, but little else. Also the wine on offer during the dinner buffet was absolutely terrible. You could also sign up for a complimentary picnic lunch the next day, which we did, but it was awful. I understand it was free, so don't like to complain, but it was not appealing at all.

This is the second time I've stayed here, and it's the location, amenities and staff that we keep returning for. Also the beds are very comfortable and good quality linen!!

Review 55：Position close (5 minutes by car or by scooter) to Es Pujols but away from noise. Very good location and wonderful panorama. Room and hotel very clean.

Review 56：They fumigated our room an hour before we were let in. Gased it and it smelled bad. Over night hundreds of bugs fell dead all over the place. Our fault to not ask to move, too tired. Moved on.
