Review 1：They charge extra 10 Euros per each hour I was late. Basically you have to tell them exact time of your arrival to avoid paying something extra.

Review 3：An elevator would have added to our enjoyment. Unusually hot weather, would have been more comfortabe with air conditioning.

Review 5：Very pushy and rude receptionist/owner. We were charged extra 10 euros for arriving late (23:00 hrs), although we had announced it and not received any information about it. Also there was nothing about it on the web site - it states that the reception is open 24 hrs. The credit card terminal didn't work, and the receptionist/owner was very pushy making us pay in cash up front and trying to push us to buy breakfast.
Review 6：They only spoke German, though it was not a problem for us. We could not get the wifi to work in our room, it only worked in the common areas.

Review 14：Had a room overlooking the main road, so it could get a little noisy when cars went past. Didn't have trouble sleeping because of it.

Review 16：The hotel is located by a major road (main throughfare to Usedom). There is no lockable bicycle storage space. Staff does not speak English.

Review 18：Over-booked, tried to move us to lower standard hotel unsuitable for young children. Fortunately gentleman at other hotel found us rooms at a lovely hotel further out of Wolgast - Landhotel Adebar. Strongly recommend adding this hotel to your remit and omitting City Hotel.
