Review 1：The peaceful setting and agreeable staff. Food and drinks were reasonably priced. Large open dining area and verandahs off the rooms were good for relaxing. We enjoyed the mini golf, board games and pool

Review 2：We couldn't make 2 nights and we have verification that the Resort was going to refund the money which is great but I'm still waiting for the refund.

Review 4：It's very inside from the main road.No good options in Breakfast, Swimming Pool is not that great, Pool Table quality is poor. No wifi in rooms... still a new property but will have to do a lot and have to maintain the property....

Review 5：Resort was built with no building standards. All materials used were cheap and tiles in bathroom had no cement in some places. Note that resort is only 3 months old. Location is in a swampy muddy area with no options to swim or do the things you do in Fiji. The rates are too high for what you are getting. Staff is unprofessional and not up to the task. Breakfast is deliberately kept cheap. Swimming pool is crowded with people in clothes spending the day drinking in the pool. Resort is in the middle of nowhere and without rental car you are doomed.

Review 7：The door is difficult to lock. The hotel allows people swimming in the pool with their regular clothes rather than swimming suits which makes the pool not clean enough. Close to water but no beach.

Review 12：It's about 20 minutes drive from town centre, 45 minutes from Port Denarau, better rent a car. Room facilities are very basic, the sink is leaking. Not much choices for breakfast.

Review 14：I didn't like the breakfast food, buffet because the food was limited and poor quality for a resort. The staff were not helpful or friendly.The location was in the middle of no where and was not close to the airport. It was difficult to find the resort because it was on a dirt road. They over charged us and were not helpful in resolving it.The resort (really is a hotel) is not upto the standards of a resort.

Review 16：Having to unexpectedly pay for the return airport transfer when I had a confirmed email stated transfers to and from were included. A miss understanding apparently that there was going to be a charge. Other than that, GREAT!!

Review 17：The staff were extremely friendly,went out of there way to make sure you were happy, and if you needed anything were propt. Food was amazing!!" And the meal prices were well priced and not overly expensive like at other resorts, and the food came quickly and tasted amazing.The rooms just perfect and roomy and always clean for us. We had a great experience here and nothing was a problem.

Review 18：Prices were more expensive than I thought they would be, eg drinks, food and especially massages. Same buffet breakfast every morning. No buffets for lunch or dinner. And NO live Fijian entertainment.

Review 19：Fijian staff were lovely and very friendly. Our rooms were great. Pool area was always clean and tidy. Great place to just relax and enjoy the view.

Review 20：No hair dryer in the room. The shower door swung the wrong way making entering and exiting difficult. Tiles on the walkways througout the resort were slippery when wet. More shade around the pool would have made sunbathing a little nicer. Theres no cheap shuttle bus transport into Nadi but the Resort does offer transport at a cost. I would have liked more information about activity support from reception. We found nothing in our room providing the reception phone number, how to use the safe, laundering facitlties (i didnt discover if there was any), transport costs, room service (i dont think thats provided but would have been nice) or about activities arounf Fiji. The included continental breakfast was average and the hot part of the breakfast was generally cold but there was a large quantity offered. We wanted to pay with cash for everything but that seemed to be an issue. We had to check our bill on occasion to confirm we hadnt been doubled charged. On the occasions we were it was sorted out with a small amount of fuss.

Review 21：The facilities of this brand new resort were nice. The staff, although some very new to the resort business, were helpful, smiling and competent. The food was of good size portions and quality. The Putt Putt Golf course was great fun with some difficult holes. We had some difficulties on the last day trying to communicate with the local police department. The reception staff were immensely helpful. I can not thank them enough for helping communicate with the police. On the whole i'd recommend this resort. Its quaint and very restful.

Review 22：It was much further from the downtown area and the airport than I had anticipated and in a pretty isolated area.There really wasn't a beach and the water didn't look clean enough for swimming.

Review 26：The villa on the beach is charming Very clean/new cozy place the rooms are vast and well kept The outside bed was an experience I was welcome with genuine welcome from the staff that promptly made me feel at home GM Mr Ron was very helpful and pleasent person He made sure everything we arranged for is done on time And he always there when you need him or just to have a good chat A good gesture was when I requested if i can have an early breakfast next day before opening the restaurant and I found it waiting for me with the sunny side eggs just like I ordered them The staff are friendly and ready to at your door in no time I loved this place

Review 27：very isolated and away from everything need transport or hire car. 5 days was too long, No beaches or tropical gardens as yet. Will look different in a few years,when Palms and plantings are more established.

Review 29：the resort was finished only weeks before our stay and frankly it had too many issues to deal with here. We thought as it was only a few weeks old and from the photos supplied, we though we would try it. We are very sorry we did. The photos are nothing like the real thing. Room security was dismal, The shower didn't drain as it was flat and not sloping. The shower tiles were all lose and leaking onto the rest of the bathroom floor. We were forced to use multiple tools on the floor to be able to use the toilet and sink. Lighting was very poor. This resort is built on reclaimed mangrove swamp and the beach in front is a muddy slough not a beach at all! No snorkeling any where near this site! This is not a 4 star, at best a 2.5 - 3 star!

Review 35：Friendly staff, excellent facilities. Room is spacious and new. Shuttle service excellent and drivers are friendly, waited for us when our boat was late. Everyone at the resort was helpful and friendly. I found the breakfast to be excellent value and coffee was great. View looks over a river, not a beach but great to see many local birds. Must comment again how great the staff is at the resort as nothing was ever too much trouble and the owner came to chat with us and he was also very friendly and asked about our stay to see what can be improved.

Review 40：There are still alot of rooms for improvement. - We found the tiling on the footpaths to be really sharp (we stepped out for a wee bit to watch the sunset and wanted to feel sand on out feet). The road leading to the resort (approximately 1.5km) is dusty and not tar-sealed, it wasn't too much of trouble during the day, but at night there is no lighting at all and it can be a little scary if traveling at night. The facilities were OK - we thought the bathroom needed abit more work - there was no towel or hand towel rail - we ended up hanging our towel on the bathroom door! There was a tiny rail (we assumed for towel), but it was so high that neither my spouse nor I could reach it, so it can be quite intimidating for those that are less than 5"3 - 5"4. Breakfast was included in our room rate - we were excited that we were going to have 'hot buffet breakfast'. We were a little disappointed that all pastries were probably from the previous day/night - they were certainly not fresh. The food was cold, though they were placed on "warmers". The door was a little difficult for us to manage - it is wooden and the design was pretty cool, but we had to fiddle around with it quite a bit before we managed to lock/unlock. Finally, we were under the impression that we could swim in the ocean, but we were disappointed that we couldn't. I am not sure if the information is provided or not (perhaps it is/was and we didn't read it, so the fault could be ours).

Review 41：The resort had opened (though not officially) 3 days prior to our arrival. The staff were really friendly and parking was readily available for us. We purchased a seaview villa, which was nice, clean and spacious. They had clean linen and coffee/tea making facilities. We witnessed an amazing sunset, so that was the highlight of our stay!

Review 42：Facility brand new and well staffed with professionals. Unlimited internet a great feature, should be advertised as this was a discriminator in choosing resort for me. Resort shuttle a pleasurable tour with commentary from drivers. Food service excellent. Clean, tasteful decor. All good.

Review 43：There was no gym as mentioned. kids zone was not ready to use. Location is not accessible by city without a car and there is a muddy puddle river by the resort no sea or beach.
