Review 1：No aircon. Bathroom ventilation starts 30 sec.after turning on the light of the bath and makes big big noise which stops 1 or 2 min.after turning off the switch.
Review 2：Very close to Minimundus and the lake. Extraordinary location for walks in the park(which is very , very clean and beautiful), by boat or by bike. Very nice quiet part of town.Right next to the hotel there is a very good restaurant, great food and across the street there is a terasse where you can have a good cofee and a cake. Also in front of the hotel there is the bua station where you can take the bus to town.

Review 4：Helpful staff. Clean, comfort room with big balcony. Cheap parking in front of hotel. Good beerhouse in same building. Very ample breakfast with hot omelette, beacon and wide choice of cheeses, salami and cookies.Very good strength of WiFi.

Review 7：No laundry facilities, staff did not know where closest laundromat was and once found, only had one machine and was quite expensive. No air-conditioning in summer a problem especially with no fans as alternative.

We cannot simply give a 10 because we felt like the rooms are missing a certain coziness. However we think it is just what one might need for a business travel. The staff was great and the breakfast plentiful.

You do not feel safe their because of bad door lock and poor sound proof. seems it was student dorminory in 80-90s and later was decided to make it as 3* hotel. However it is far from 2*... EUR 100 (incl parking) per night - is too much for such hotel. It should be max EUR 50 & should be mentioned that it is 2* hotel.

Review 64：Nice, simple, clean, very good valie and and very comfortable hotel. Literally a few meters away from the university (I was there for a workshop, for me it was perfect). Extremely good breakfast (hot and cold items), free wifi, plenty of free parking chances in the immediate proximity. The center is located about 2 km far, buses are available but I walked along a nice canal on Villacher strasse.
