Soak up the warm, Andalusian sunshine on the Burriana Playa’s comfortable roof terrace. Then, cool off with a refreshing dip in the outdoor swimming pool.
Villas come with their own, private swimming pools and have between 3 and 4 bedrooms. They are located 1300 ft from the beach.
The villas have a minimum stay policy of 7 nights in July and August. No restrictions apply to apartments.

Review 1：The beds were very uncomfortable....we spent the week sleeping on the sofa bed which was very good. Our apartment was on the first level, which was quite noisy from movement above and the slamming of main door to apartments. Would request an apartment on top floor if we stayed again.

Review 4：Having stayed in Nerja for many years in different locations -this has to be one of the best for situation and is very peaceful. The manager at the reception office couldn't have been more helpful-Julia. Was constantly in touch before our arrival with helpful info and clear instructions for collecting the key if office was closed when we arrived. Would recommend apts to anyone- couples or families. A perfect holiday at our favourite resort in Spain

Review 17：Superb comfort of the apartments with the stunning view overlooking Burriana Beach - very hard to beat! Beds were firm and v comfortable. Apartment (1bed room) was excellent size and had a very spacious terrace. Free WiFi with a very strong signal kept us in touch with the Web! Local eateries and shopping was all near at hand, the convenience was amazing and the 30 second walk to the beach - well what more could one ask for! The area was quiet and completely devoid of the thumping music one might associate with beachfront loocations! All in all, one of the best places to spend a quiet spell on the Spanish Costa without becoming a hermit!

In addition to it: horrible pillows, ugly linens, no cleaning at all, not even emptying the garbage can, no hygienic articles, just a few plates and glasses in the kitchen. It is a shame for all this can be easily fixed by the owner!

Our first floor 2-bed apartment was quiet even though the bedrooms back on to a road. One-beds mostly have a bedroom going on to a terrace or balcony. Very helpful staff, convenient parking and easy to walk up the hill to Nerja old town.

Review 55：We spent the Christmas holidays at Apartamentos HC Burriana. The weather was perfect and so was the apartment. We enjoyed our morning breakfast on the huge sunny terrasse. We were just steps from the lovely beach area with sunbeds and great places to have late, lazy lunches in the winter sunshine. It was so relaxing. The town center is a short walk uphill. Great place to stroll around with more than enough shops and restaurants to pass the time. We visited the caves in Nerje. Don't miss them , they are spectacular. We used the buses to get around, no need to rent a car. But if you do there are plenty of parking space during Christmas. A very special thanks to Julia at the reception. She was very helpfull from the moment we reserved our apartment till we left. Great work! Our only regret is we could not have stayed longer but we are already planning our next visit to Apartamentos HC Burriana Playa. See you next Chrismas.

Review 58：We arrived mid afternoon and parking very difficult as really busy. Couldnt check in until 5pm as office was closed from 2-5 so we had to hang around for couple of hours before check-in. Very noisy as we were on 1st floor near front door and people in/out all time, door slams. Wi-fi and television very poor.

Review 64：About as close to the beach as you can get. Apartments quite spacious. Neighbourhood very quiet at night. Good choice of restaurants. Burriana beach is a lovely bay, with quite a lot going on - pedalos, kayaking, massage on the beach if you wish etc.
Review 65：Stayed here for a weekend, choosing the location because it is right on the beach. The girl at reception was very helpful, calling us just before 8:00 to say reception was about to close and were we still arriving that night (we were just around the corner). We didn't pay extra for the sea view this trip, but still had a lovely view out back. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The only issues keeping me from rating 5 stars are that, it seems they don't have housekeeping daily--not a problem in itself, but we only started the weekend with half a roll of toilet paper! By the time we realized Saturday we were in trouble and had searched the place for more, reception was closed! Eventually we took some out of the bathroom at the pool--desperate times! It really was quite a hassle, and would have been more convenient if reception was open longer--or if they just stocked the TP! Also, they left the mop and broom in our bathroom--not a huge deal but unsightly. The rooftop terrace was amazing, with quiet and pretty views and a small pool to cool off. Many restaurants nearby make this an ideal location. I plan to return here--but I'll ask for extra TP next time ;)

Review 71：Travelled as part of a group of eight to Nerja for a wedding. We stayed in the economy four bedroom villa for one week in July and were delighted with the whole experience. The villa was spacious with a large outside terraced area and barbeque which we made great use of during our stay. There was a common pool right beside the villa and we were often the only ones using it. Julia in reception was a pleasure to deal with and helped us with numerous queries during the week including organising buses to and from the airport and even helping us to book hair appointments at short notice so we could have our hair done for the wedding. The accommodation was great value for a group and it was only approx 5 mins walk to the beach and approx 20 mins to Balcon de Europa.

The beds at the beach where hard to get hold of, when starting a whole day expedition early the previous morning! Expensive supermarket on the playa - far on foot to other supermarkets. Dirty floor by incheking. Cleaning just 1X pr. week. The Couch (1f) was very "sat down".

Review 79：Julia was the best! Super friendly and helpful. My husband left a small bag in the apartment and Julia helped to send it to us to our Madrid hotel in time before heading back to the US. The view from our balcony was incredible! It was so amazing to wake up each morning of our stay and just enjoy the view of beautiful Playa Burriana, the Mediterranean ocean view was the best! The apartment was clean, fully equipped, and its perfect for families with kids. We loved staying at these apartments and would love to come back some day.
