Review 1：Not the fault of the owners, but the rooms are on the small side - but the balcony makes up for that :)
Review 2：Finding a well priced hotel near the beach in summer seemed a miracle - so we didn't expect much - but we were very pleasantly surprised! Helpful courteous staff, stylish dining area, good French breakfast, our own balcony and two minutes to the beach!

Review 6：Room has not air condition, the shower is so small you can't bend when you drop the soap. EVERY evening from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. there smelled something awful, probably the drain or drain pipes. It smelled from the outdoor and throughout the whole hotel, so it was impossible to open the window. While the temperature inside the room exceeded 30 deg Celsius, we were really sick.
Review 7：Good seaside hotel just yards from the beach, where people gather at sunset to watch the sun go down. Our room, although small, had a balcony which overlooked the front of the hotel. Very friendly owners and a super breakfast. Free parking just across the road too ! Plenty of choice within two minutes walk if you don't want to eat in the hotel.

Review 10：Very basic facilities and uncomfortable bed. Expensive for what you get but limited competition means you will struggle to find anything decent. Very average compared to where we stayed in Bordeaux and St Emilion (at similar prices)
