Review 1：The building is bit smoky and wifi signal is poor pretty much everywhere in the biulding.

Review 2：The staff is very good and helpful. The location is great and close to everything you require.

Review 3：Although I love when the bells ring to tell you the time, it can be annoying at night time if you sleep with the window open -- if it bothers you, bring earplugs. I guess all hotels in Fulpmes centre are affected by this anyway.

Review 8：We arrived late to the hotel. the staff was very welcoming and understanding. The kitchen was closed but when I explained we had been driving through the weather and didn't stop for dinner, they we accommodated myself and the kids with a dinner meal (schnitzel). When we got to the room the bed was large, very soft and comfortable. The bathroom was not tiny and had plenty of room to move around. We picked that this location because it had a shuttle that goes straight the the ski lift...only a 5-10 min ride from the hotel. Morning came and we had breakfast then went skiing for the day. Upon our return we were greeted again by the staff and served hot chocolate. During conversations with the staff, they were very helpful. Our language barriers often are terrible. She offered to assist me in confirming other reservations as we were on a road trip. She spoke with other hotels we had planned on staying with over the next week and confirmed details on our behalf. We were treated life family...not like strangers. Amazing hospitality!! I would highly recommend this family orientated, courteous, friendly guesthouse.

Review 9：WIFI does not exist actually in the room. You need to pay extra for the sauna. There was a smoking lounge next to the entrance where, I suppose you could sit arround and have something to dring, play cards or watch TV. It stink so bad that we were not able to use it.

Review 11：Me and my wife booked one night as we were travelling by car.The room that we were given was in a basement and it had maximum +10 grad, it was really cold there. We asked to give us other room with a normal temperature ( normal room tempreture at least 19-21) or at least to switch on the heating.However it was not possible today. Sonn came the other women, who was really drunk. She heard me coughing and said:" you must not look "so böse"( angry) and should be glad to take cold room as for your cough cold is perfect! Cold is good for asthma sick people"! We were at shock! We could not stay there and spent the night in another Hause. We would never recommend Gasthaus Hofer!

Review 12：Bring your own bathroom necessities (soap, hair dryer,...) Breakfast could improve a little, but was still more or less ok. (E.g. deep frozen rolls were reheated but still cold in the center. No fruits, except canned fruits for muesli.)

Review 13：Location in right in the village, next to shops and restaurants. Nonetheless quite location. Only 30 meters to the bus station with connection to Stubai's skiing resort. Staff friendly.

Review 20：Manuela is on top of her business. She is great. The location is incredible. Expect to pay by cash in order to keep the price lower. It is a clean, nice, and quiet place. A big room for 3. WI-Fi worked very well. We will give a 10 for all the services. Beds were excellent. The breakfast was rich and great. Nothing to complain about it.

Review 23：We were traveling there for the working reasons and have to move few times to Igls - there is a paying road you have to pay to the way to the hotel & back, so in final the price of the hotel is not so interesting... Also no Wi-Fi at the room we were based. The room was clean, but we didn't have even soap to wash or hands.

Review 50：The lady who we paid the bill the day we left hasn't been very kind. While we were paying her, (we were 3 persons, each one paying for himself), the lady has started mixing and picking up the money while we were still counting it and she made a bit of a mess. The result was that we paid more than what we should. We tried to show our disappointment but she didn't care and we just prefered to go away.

Review 51：The place where the pension is located is very nice and bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The girl who welcomed us has been very nice, though we arrived very late.

Review 52：Guest house is right on the center, walking distance from restaurants. The rooms are large a comfy. The owners are amazingly nice people that really try to make your stay a nice one. We had a great time and highly recommend this guest house that is more like a hotel with a very good restaurant and value.
