Review 1：They charged my CC prior check-out without asking and giving me payment method choice. They serve pan cakes with ice-cream but no ice-crem by scoop in the restaurant.

Review 2：We arrived in the afternoon and the restaurant was closed until 6o'clock P.M. The reservation sheet says the check-out is at 11o'clock. The information in the room say however that it is 10o'clock. Checking out at 10.30 made the receptionist do a strangeface. Also! Very strange thing happened - first they couldn't findmy name on the feservation guestlist. Eventually they managed to findit. After a while we found out somehow my surname has been translatedinto german! So my real surname was not on the list, just a weird germantransation of it.

Review 3：This hotel was very pleasant. We found out there was a freesauna/welness! Also the breakfast was good, the meals in therestaurant also.

Review 4：no aircon. no fan. nothing... and it's realy hot in the room. We couldn't open the windows cause we were staying in room facing the main road.

Review 6：Very, very disappointing. I booked an apartment of 65 square, but upon our arrival the staff informed me that my reservation was changed and they offered me an ordinary double room. I traveled with my wife and two daughters - 18 and 20 year old. I refused the room and then they offered me the same, but with 4 beds. There was no place in the room because of beds. I refused this room too. On my multiple insistences to give me my booked apartment they answering me that apartement is busy?!? They offered me another with two simple bedrooms, but I HAD TO PAY EXTRA COST! I am very resentful!!!

Review 7：the bed and the pillow was a disaster , abit far away from Hallstatt , about 2 stops away from train and nothing much around the town . Please take note , if you come over by train you have to get down at BAD GOISERN station , the hotel is about 8 mins walk from the station , not much choice on the restaurant and food , even the SPAR closes at 6.30pm , so basically nothing much to expect from the town . Recommend to travel down to Bad Ischi if you want something more happening , is just a few station away from Bad Goisern other then Hallstatt .

Review 8：The spa and sauna in the hotel which never expected , the breakfast was ok . The hotel owner owns a restaurant just at the Ground floor of the hotel and it seems to be the most happening on in the town . No Kettle or fridge being provided in the room , but you can request from the front desk , they will prepare hot water for you if you need a cup of tea in the room .

Review 10：We cycled to Halstatt from the hotel and we were given bikes with locks free of charge. We had dinner in the hotel that evening the food was excellent and extremely reasonable and staff were very nice
