Lago Playa I is set among sand dunes and pine trees just 350 feet from Sa Roqueta Beach, Formentera. It has a swimming pool and free Wi-Fi in public areas.
The Lago Playa Complex consists of Bungalows Lago Playa and Hotel Lago Playa I. It offers bungalows and standard hotel rooms. All rooms and bungalows have a balcony, telephone, satellite TV and air conditioning and heating. They also have an attached bathroom with bathtub. The bungalows also have a fridge.
Around the swimming pool you will find lounge chairs for sunbathing. There is also a small children’s play area. The complex also has a restaurant offering buffet breakfast and dinner, and a bar.
The Lago Playa complex is located just half a mile from the popular tourist destination of Es Pujols. Free public parking can be found nearby. Reception will be happy to arrange car and bike rental.

Review 1：The building is rather old.
Review 2：The location is great, just 2min walking from an incredible beach. Breakfast was ok. The room was fully renovated and super big.

We were in a Bungalow Superior (nr 4) that was a small apartament brand new really very nice few meters from the main building. We also liked the scooter rental that is right out of the Hotel - Quiet and relaxing -

Cameriera spagnola al bar scortese, abbiamo pranzato una volta ma sembrava scocciata della nostra presenza, comunque il locale era vuoto. Parla solo spagnolo ma la maggior parte dei clienti è italiana, non parla nemmeno inglese.
Review 15：Sono stata in qsta struttura una settimana fa con una mia amica. Tra tutti gli hotel disponibili abbiamo scelto Lago Playa per la posizione, vicino alle spiagge più belle e alla vita notturna, comunque per muoversi bisogna noleggiare uno scooter, noi abbiamo optato per il taxi, prezzi ok per essere a Formentera. Stanza piccola ma pulita, buffet ok a colazione. Ragazza italiana alla reception professionale e gentile e ragazzo di Reggio Emilia al bar sempre sorridente ed efficiente. Anche il ragazzo che fa il turno di notte alla reception è molto gentile.
Review 16：not best for a lay in: room cleaning begins very early in the morning, creating a lot of noise from beds being moved around and doors slammed. food at the restaurant closes early: at 11 pm I could have only got frozen pizza, and on the island restaurants are open till1 or 2 am.

Review 19：The location is really ideal for people who are beach bums. I liked that we were so close to a beach. We stayed at a bungalow outside the hotel and that was perfect for us. It was cleaned daily. And the AC worked amazingly and helped a lot after a long day at the beach. You can easily rent bikes or scooters at the hotel. The buffet was great. There were enough options and it was very organised.

Review 54：Location although close to the beach peninsular is a bad choice for going there. Busses that go to this peninsular pass there but weirdly don't stop on the stations nearby. As if the goal is to make you rent something from the hotel. Breakfast could be better in choices, it was heavy on sweet foods. Dinner is ridiculously expensive regarding the choice you have from buffet and restaurant menu is poor so you have to pay for this dinner.

You can order sandwiches, pizza and salad at the bar but for a proper dinner there is only a choice of buffet in 7.30-9.30pm £18 pp. But that's not a big deal as there are 2 affordable and nice restaurants less then a min walk away and many more in Es Pujols that is max 15min walk on the beach away.
Review 59：Great location, not far from the busy Es Pujols town. Has a nice fairly quiet beach just a minutes walk away. Friendly staff, clean hotel, wonderful view. Breakfast buffet is very nice with lots of tasty foods to choose from.

Review 63：Staff, location beside Illetes and Es Pujols (motorbikes or cars are amust). Do not rent the bike at the port, get a bus from the port to thehotel. I rented the bike for 15 euros a day in the hotel next door, bestdeal. Breakfast is ok, rooms normal. There is also a convenientsupermarket right next to the hotel where you can buy the essentials.You should also purchase a parasol for the beach, as temperatures arehigh and the cost for a parasol at the beach can range from 8 -10 eurosfor the day.
Review 64：My 6 Year old daughter and I were placed in a room at the annex lagoplaya 2. Very basic small room, facing the parking and with very lightwalls. The room's soundproofing is very poor. The price of €124 pernight is a bit too expensive for the whole package.
