Review 1：It was as described, a very nice traditional hotel, up dated in all respects to to 2015. Superb location just yards from the beach. Out of season the area was delightful. Good local restaurants recommended by the owners.

Review 3：What a fantastic place to stay, the owners are amazing and friendly, allowed us to use their own personal garage for our motorbikes. We were only staying one night and extended it to two. Mimizan was just out of season, still had some excellent food, the beach and the views were spectacular. We would recommend this hotel to everybody, we will certainly return.
Review 4：I received an email on the morning we were due to arrive saying that we would be unable to have the "superior" ocean view room we booked. This caused some dispute when we arrived but was ultimately resolved amicably.
Review 5：After the initially dispute, Madame went out of her way to help us for which we were very grateful. The room we finally occupied had just been pleasantly redecorated and was comfortable, spacious and clean. The hotel is almost on the ocean front and is conveniently situated giving easy access to the beach and the town.
Review 6：The owners couldn't be more friendly and accommodating. Excellent situation and spotlessly clean. One point - booked online where no distinction between standard of rooms available. We were in an economy on lower ground floor. Quite noisy. Next time we would want a sea view or room with outside seating area. That aside we would stay here again.

Review 9：We just wanted an overnight stay. This was pricey as a hotel but probably justified if you wanted to be in a seaside resort and it was the season, but for us the resort offered little. Lots of restaurants - all tourist orientated and relatively pricey for what they were offering. Access by car was initially difficult - one way streets leading the wrong way etc. A simple map would have helped enormously.
Review 10：The hotel was fine - it felt a little run down but in fact everything worked well and the room was very comfortable. Good staff. Good location in seaside resort. Good, free, parking once you have arrived!
Review 11：No elevator access to front upper level (narrow, steep winding staircase- difficult to negotiate with luggage); no on-site Restaurant. (Several recommendations nearby, but some were not open on outConfortable; Convenable-of-season Monday); quite difficult to find by car - pedestrianized streets and one way system confused the sat.nav! But no significant faults.
Review 12：Seafront promenade location; close to other local facilities and beach access. Superior front- facing room - top left corner in the web site picture! (but first floor!). Friendly, helpful proprietor(s) .- Plentiful, traditional petit-dejeuner. Small but friendly bar. Adjacent private car parking. Good location for exploring Les Landes and Cote d'Argent region. Pleasantly warm weather (for a late October stay!). Would use again; but probably only off- season!
Review 13：Strange smell coming from a factory in mimzan which was hard to take escpecially during night time since it was so smelly that we couldn't open the windows so it got pretty warm inside the room.
Review 14：Staff was really nice and took care of everything. Cleaning personnel was quick and did a good job. The breakfast was especially good. We would recommend this hotel also to surfers like us, since the staff likes people who surf and the way to the beach is very short.

Review 18：The check-in took long time, and we had to wait in front of a closed door for like 10 minutes. The restaurant, highly recommended by the manager, was average. Breakfast is so-so.
