In the center of Nerja, just a quarter mile from Nerja Beach, Villa Flamenca features air-conditioned rooms with satellite TV. There is a shared outdoor swimming pool.

Review 1：I hope this does not mean refurbished pricing as this hotel is good value for money!

Review 2：Absolutely excellent hotel. Now closed until March 2016 for reburbishment. Great location great food friendly welcoming staff. Can't fault it.

Review 24：There was nothing bad about the hotel. It was just how we pictured it and what we needed. Room was basic consisting of bedroom, bathroom and balcony with programmable AC, hair dryer in the bathroom and TV in the bedroom. There is a wardrobe and some drawers for storing clothes but take some hangers just in case.

Review 25：Staff were helpful, pool area was a decent size and not overcrowded. The breakfast buffet was good with fruit/continental breakfast and cooked breakfast available. The location was really good. Just up the hill from the beach which was good exercise! There is a little supermarket across the road which was handy. Around a fifteen minute walk from the town centre and a ten minute walk to the bus stand.

Review 26：The room we were given was of lower quality to the one advertised at booking. The towels in our room were very worn. The over all feel of the hotel was tired and in need of updating.

The pool area was lovely. we were in the up graded rooms which were lovely wouldn't be mad about the older style rooms will go back..

Review 32：The pool wasn't open until 9.00 am, so you couldn't swim before breakfast, the food was very average and only offered fried eggs for breakfast on alternate days !!! We also had builders banging and drilling on site every day. of our stay.

The property had works going on to improve the place and I found the smell of the paint overwhelming, especially at night. a lot of the sunbeds were fit to be binned. They showed signs of previously been repaired but think most, of which there are not many,needed the skip !!!!!

Review 39：The resort was undergoing some refurbishment which was essential. They tried to limit the effect on guests. Many have commented that the hotel was 'tired' But I believe when work is complete i.e next few weeks it will be much improved. Everything was to a good standard.

Review 55：Good position for Burriana beach which is at bottom of hill and close to a good selection of restaurants. Staff very friendly and obliging. I have been using this Hotel for over 15 years.

Review 56：Everything! Upon arrival we were allocated a room with 3 single beds (which I had requested), but a box room with 3 beds is the only way I can describe it. Plus the foul smell in the hallway into it didn't help! I requested we get changed, and although the staff member so politely swapped rooms, it was only when I lay down to sleep that I realised there was a HUGE extractor fan or generator right outside my window, so needless to say I got NO sleep. Food was just average, and if the staff were to go any slower they'd fall over! I would never stay here again.

Review 57：The room a little run-down and could do with some attention. Balcony area needed painting and our room was badly overlooked by other guests so had to draw curtains for privacy. The TV was handy as we had a rainy day but it was positioned on the side of the wall so was hard to view without hurting your neck so could do with re-positioning.

The quality of the food could be improved enormously simply by using better quality bread and accompaniments.Some proper Spanish jam on and Spanish cheese at breakfast would be nice and a good choice for people who like to eat more Spanish food like we do.Also,instead of serving draught Tonic water,serve cans or bottles.

Review 113：The bedside light was very dim and this made reading in bed difficult. The bulb went out one night and at reception I was told it could not be replaced until morning. What a pity that reception could not have a few spare bulbs to deal with such an emergency! So simple but would mean so much to a guest.
