Review 1：Excellent Hotel, very clean, excellent location within minutes of Marina and Beach. Good continental breakfast good choices at a good price. Excellent value. Convenient drop off road parking outside Hotel. Highly recommend this Hotel.

Review 7：The one main draw-back to staying here was car parking (which of course won't affect everyone). Trying to find a parking place in the day-time was almost impossible though the evening was not too bad. Also the room I had was quite small and I think they are all of a similar size.
Review 8：The hotel was near the beaches and close to the centre of the town. The room was very tidy with a cleaning service every day. The halls, lift and staircases were all spotlessly clean and the staff were all very friendly and obliging. 24 hour reception is very useful for late arrivals.
Review 9：Bit disappointed we couldn't get a room with a balcony, we asked for a sea view room we assumed we would get a balcony room.

Review 15：No parking, Beware Castle car park. We thought the word libre meant free, it does not! Just that it is a public car park. Was charged 18 euros for parking c.3pm until c.10ish next morning. Next day we did manage to find a space not too far away by driving around a bit.

Review 17：Like many I assumed he star rating was about it the overall hotel performance. I've recently found its more about the facilities than the cleanliness and friendliness of the place. This hotel has no gym, spa. Sauna etc. What it does have is a superb location, incredibly friendly staff and lovely clean and comfortable rooms. Those whose want to find fault will always be able to, but the value for money on this place is outstanding. The service and cleanliness is better than many 4star places I've seen stayed. Loved it.

Review 21：Everything. This little Hostal is spotlessly clean, the room and food were good, and the staff were excellent. The towels are changed EVERY DAY. I am going back in September.
Review 22：I hate to put anything negative but I'm 6ft 4 and weigh 100 kilos. I just couldn't fit in the double bed with my wife. It was like a large single to me! So we took two singles which I just about fitted in with feet dangling off the end of the bed.

Review 26：We asked for a non-smoking room, but the room stank of smoke. It was sprayed as soon as we mentioned it, but the smell came back and inside the wardrobe too. The bed had a waterproof cover which was very uncomfortable. Also, it may seem unreasonable (we knew this was a Hostal not a Hotel) but we have got used to having a larger bed nowadays. Sorry.
Review 27：The owners were extremely friendly and helpful, and everything was sparkly clean. Very well appointed bathroom too. Our little balcony was great to sit out on, and we were in walking distance of the marina and town centre.
Review 28：Everything!the owners are brother & sister & are charming, the hotel is spotless it should upgrade from one star.the €4 breakfast is good value best orange juice for ages.just remember they allow smoking in Spanish hotels and ask for no smoking rooms.there is even a tiny balcony to sit out at!

Review 33：The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable - the level of English was a treat. The breakfast is wonderful - coffee in Spain is excellent anyway, but the coffee here is mindblowing. Everywhere is so clean, and has a distinct smell of lemons. Good wifi, great showers. There's not much more you need for a top quality basic place to stay. I'd love to return.

Review 36：The hotel is in a great location near the harbour and centre of town and not far from the beach. The staff are so very friendly, Julian speaks perfect English and was always so helpful. Breakfast was really good, normal Spanish food but just what I like to eat in the morning. I went slightly out of season but it was always easy to find a parking space for free parking nearby. The air conditioning was also good in the room.

The rooms are not huge and my room didn't have a balcony or view but I was out and about most of my stay and used the hotel for sleeping, showering and breakfast, it was perfect for this. Bath with powerful shower, rooms cleaned to very high standard on a daily basis, clean towels everyday. I would stay here again.

Review 95：The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was excellent. When we booked we requested a room on an upper floor with a balcony and this is exactly what we were given. Superb value for money.

Review 99：Our room was very clean, shower incredible and breakfast simple but excellent. Free parking in Santa Pola. We liked the beaches especially the more North beaches and there is a large boulevard perfect for running. Around 3:30 / 4 pm the fishing boats arrive at the little harbor just a few steps from the hotel and you can see catch of the day coming in.
Review 100：The hostel has the most friendliest staff. It's location is perfect in any direction would you visit The City of Santa Pola, The Beaches or The Market. The rooms are very clean. Breakfast is typical continental. Would you prefer Scandinavian, English or aquivalent you should take the opportunity to visit some of the coffe houses or bakery in the town.

Review 110：Only 2 caveats, no kettle available in the rom to make that essential early morning cuppa!and perhaps a small safe could be put in te wardrobe to take care of storing valuables. This was only a small point as we were able to put our passports in the reception office safe and Julian had them ready for us on our day of leaving without being asked.

The bed was also one of the most comfortable that I have ever slept in. From our balcony you could also see the port. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Review 112：The only things not to like were the usual irritations of Spain especially in a central location, unavoidable street noise.The rooms echoed and you could hear through the walls as you always can, but nothing excessive, I wouldn't let that stop us from staying again.

The staff are very helpful and friendly, I was ill during our stay and they were very kind and considerate, nothing was too much trouble.Everywhere was so beautifully clean. The continental breakfast was fine, loads of choice, however I would have liked some type of fresh bread or rolls, in addition to just toasting bread, but lots of other choices.We will definately be staying again.
