Review 1：No tea or coffee facilities in room and no cooked meals available but restaurants close by.

Review 3：The hotel were unaware of my dogs. I had to wait until evening for a meeting with the owner. That meant my dog had to accompany me everywhere. it was then impossible to leave the dogs to enjoy the restaurants and atmosphere of Antibes. I left the next morning.

Review 17：The hotel was in a fantastic location. The back of the hotel is on the boarder of the old city and the front faces the new city. It is only a half a block away from shopping and transportation. I had a quiet room at the back of the hotel and so I was quite comfortable.

Review 18：As mentioned, no elevator.m we had room 15.Quiet but very tiny. No room to walk around or for 2 people to dress at the same time. Shower was awesome though.

Review 19：location was the key factor. Within a short walk to Picasso Museum, the Market, stores,restaurant. We even walked to the beach to take a dip in the water since it was very hot. The air conditioning was a blessing!

Review 25：Great little hotel, perfectly placed in antibes. 10 minute walk from antibes train station. Use the train wherever possible it's cheap and very easy. We got a taxi from nice airport when we got there and got stung for a 20 minute journey at 80€. the train back there cost 11€ for three of us. The station at nice is about 15 mins from airport also. Hotel is right next to the bus station aswell (this isn't as bad as it sounds) we never used the bus but obviously very convenient. Staff were very friendly and helpful, they booked restaurants for us and helped us navigate around the towns.

Review 26：My only reservation was that the room was rather small. Since I was alone, it wasn't important, but I had originally intended to bring my wife, and it would have been cramped had there been two of us.

Review 27：The location was excellent, as was the breakfast. The owner/manger and the staff were friendly and helpful. The light meals and excellent wines available in the evenings were also a plus.

Review 30：It would have been nice for the hotel to provide an evening meal. However, they only offer cold plates. Therefore, if you're hungry and want a proper meal it does mean you have to venture out of the hotel to find somewhere to eat. If you're on holiday then I'm sure it's not an issue, however if you're travelling on business sometimes you just want to chill in the evenings and not venture too far from your room.

Very nice hotel at three floors without elevator (no problem unless you have troubles climbing stairs). Our room (number 33) had a very good size with large beds, a fine bath room and a small balcony. All the rooms have noise proof windows, which may be useful in a busy city like Antibes. Even if there was not so much traffic in the roads there. Air conditioning worked well with air stream – at least in our room - NOT blowing right unto the bed (as in many other places). Good breakfast (absolutely worth the 13 EUR). Parking provided in garage at the post office ca 5 minutes away (walking) for 10 EUR/night. But you can easily unload the luggage in front of the hotel. Hotel and parking can be found well with a NAV-SAT. At least ours did not guide us through pedestrian zones. Very friendly and helpful owner (speaks perfect German and English). All in all: a really good place at a rather comfortable price!

Short walk to Picasso Museum and restaurants. The bus station across the street is a plus. It wasn't noisy, it was safe and really convenient. La Place was one of our favorite hotels while traveling for 3 weeks.

Our room was on the top floor and while not huge was perfect for our stay. The decor is fresh and pretty but peaceful. All of the hotel is very clean. Breakfast was also very good and the terrace is a lovely place to sit. We would definitely stay at La Place again. Highly recommend to others.

The parking garage is close to the hotel if you are walking but really hard to figure out by driving. Really the little map does not help and I think that we should just give the hotel the keys and let them park it. It was stressful.

Review 52：wow, the location couldn't be better for Antibes. I loved walking the pedestrian streets that surround this hotel. The breakfast is the best and the staff are really wonderful.

Review 53：The room cost 170 euro/night. I'm aware the riviera is quite expensive, but I still think the price is a bit stiff, considering that the rooms are quite small. The breakfast is not included (13 euro per person). Still I think it is a good choice if you prefer to stay in a central location.

Review 54：I liked the location near the old town, you can easily walk everywhere. The hotel is also quite new, and the rooms are clean with tiled bathrooms. Good breakfast with a bit more variety than usual on french hotels. In addition to the baguettes and crossaints they also had cerial, fruit, nuts, ham, cheese etc.

The decor very nice and there is a restaurant on site with breakfast etc. We didnt have breakfast there but we did order tea to the room and it was wonderful.
