Review 11：I knew we would be arriving from our ferry after the reception closed. I tried phoning the day before but only got an automated message. We travelled all day, so I did not receive the email with my room number & the safe number. We had to ask other guests for help accessing our room key, so that was a stressful arrival.

Review 34：It is funny that the reception closes at 7 pm. But in case you would arrive later, you can call them, and they give you all the access for a night-arrival, as well.

Review 35：Basic. No cleaning or towel service. One set of towels for a week. Smell in the hallway. Reception closed during the weekend. Wifi only on request otherwise only cable. Take this into account if you are planning to stay over the weekend since there is no reception there to supply you with a wifi box during the weekend if you don't reserve one upfront. The above was not clear from the description online.

Review 36：Clean and quiet. Kitchenette was useful for a longer stay. Supermarket and tramline on the corner. Tram to the center every couple of minutes.

Review 37：It was really really small the appartment for living 3 people even it was only for 4 days. Moreover, it is call grand triple studio! We don't have any space at all, the kitchen was in the entrance of the appartment so you can't open the door if someone was cooking. The cutlery was really limited. I understand that the apartment is just for a few days but at least you want to stay good and feel more or less confortable!

Review 41：we could not find the hotel,and when we did eventually(2 hours later) we could not find anywhere to park.By the time we found the hotel,the staff had gone home + we had no info of where to park.It took us a further hour to find a parking space.We did not make it into our room until around 11pm,not happy at all,not a good experience.
