Review 1：The room was perfect and the overall experience was of high quality. However unfortunately a hall stand/tree was almost missing. We found only a very poor plastic one, creaking and waving. Please, buy a good hand stand/tree because it is crucial if you stay more than 1 night and given the overall very good status of the room it's incredible you already didn't put it.

Review 2：The room was very good. It comprised a french-size bed, a large balcony with a nice table, a kitchen fully equipped with 2 stoves, a fridge, pots, frying pans, cutlery, dishwasher (and more). We also appreciated the bathroom, which was clean, including soap and towels. The staff was so friendly, they knocked our room asking "when will you leave the room?" greeting us with a big smile. Our stay was very pleasant.

Review 3：Unfortunately this place is literally in the middle of nowhere - if you want to go the beach or old town or eat in the nice restaurant be prepared to go by car - beleve me 4,5 km via foot is far away (i've tried)

Review 5：Very hard to find. You will need good GPS in order to get there. After 8pm no personel, so you need to call someone to get a PIN to get inside and another to unlock a safe box to get a card for the room. Garage is narrow and at evening is usualy full. My personal feeling is that hotel is not secure enough. It is suburb with poor street lights and during the evening no personel or guards... My recomendation is to not use the pool. It is very small and smell is not good.

Review 7：A little bit too far out of the centre of Antibes and Juan les Pains for us - we didn't want to hire a car and the bus service stopped too early when we were out late at night, so we had to pay for expensive taxis home.

Review 8：Peaceful, quiet environment, the rooftop swimming pool and sunbed area are great - a couple of umbrellas to provide shade would make it even better. Short walk to a large Carrefour for food and drinks and good-sized fridge. Very cheap regular day-time buses into Antibes and the beautiful beach at Juan les Pain. Easy access Antibes train station and short trip to Monaco/other parts of the French Riviera.

Review 9：This property has been falsely advertised as a hotel and it is clear,upon arrive and stay, that it is an extended stay property. The frontdesk is never staffed--four hours in the morning and four in theevening. Had a difficult time "checking-in" because it wasafter they closed at 8 pm. The number we were to call had an extra digitin parenthesies which caused a lot of confusion and frustration. Thisproperty is absolutely inconvenient unless you staying for an extendedtime. Bookings.com misled what this property actually is.

Review 17：For parking you need to pay extra 10 euro a night - really expensive. Staff speaks English, but are not very welcoming and they charged my credit card even though I wanted to pay in cash. Location is around 4km away from the city centre, only convenient for those who travel by car. The shower was not cleaned properly. Rooms have very poor sound isolation, you could hear every word of people speaking in the corridor.

Review 19：Parking in the area is exceptionally poor although this could be to do with building work adjacent to the hotel at the moment. The charge for parking was therefore somewhat unfair. The free Wi-Fi was of such poor strength as to be unusable in the location of our room at the end of the building.

Review 25：On arrival we were dismayed to find a building site immediately in front of the hotel. Our room for 4 nights was supposed to be overlooking this - after speaking to reception they did transfer us to the opposite side of the hotel for 3 nights. To be woken up by rocks being loaded on to trucks at 7 am was not good and the resultant dust was everywhere.

Review 26：Location- Even though we had a car it was really hard to find it. The street doesn't even appear on the GPS. The staff was ok but there were times at which the reception was closed. Cleaning was not done every day.

No windows and we had to lockpatio doors and shutters at night and when we were out for security. Ourrooms were on lower level with weeds and scrub in garden patch. Wallsthin. Could hear people above when they came in late at night. Receptionstaff rude on arrival. No info given re accommodation or anything else.Place might have been nice once but allowed to become run down. Crazytraffic when leaving accommodation and getting on to main road. Theaccommodation is not in Antibes as we assumed from the address. Badexperience overall.

Review 30：verything else. The rooms are extremely cramped and badly lit. The wifi didnt work for 3 days of our trip and was on/off for the rest of it. The beds in the bedroom were the smallest and narrowest ive ever slept in. My feet (im 5"4) went over the edge. Manager kept hiding in his office when we went to complain. The response time to resolve issues was very poor! Our toilet light was not working when we arrived at 3pm, and wasnt fixed till the following (late) afternoon, and we had to keep going down to reception to remind them at least 3 times!! We booked in february for our stay in august and requested the largest one bedroom as we have a small child who needs room. We were given the smallest one bedroom they have, on top floor with a long and narrow balcony with a cement wall. This was useless as my little one was able to climb on one of the balcony chairs and lean over the balcony wall, there was no safety railing at all!! All the other floors had rectangle balconies with see through glass and high railings. Other one bedrooms had extra large balconies or even gardens on the ground floor. The only compensation we were afforded, after much complaint was an extra hour till checkout (from 10am to 11am). I wouldnt reccommend this place to anyone. It was expensive for what it was and if you don't have a car then the only thing in walking distance is the carre four supermarket and very small mall.

Though useful, the car park rates are expensive. Twin bedded rooms with very narrow beds, so use the sofa bed if you want a double. Air conditioning, though effective, has a mind of its own.

Review 41：The location is good, down a side road, just a few minutes from the autoroute (toll section) in north Antibes, but around 4kms from the sea. The rooms are spacious and comfortable enough, and the kitchenette adequate. There is a coffee maker but no kettle. The room(s) are cleaned daily but wash your own dishes! I had a good sized sunny terrace. There are two large car parks under the main building. Carrefour hypermarket is only 10 minutes walk. Free Wi-Fi was a bonus.

Review 101：Excellent, friendly service. For reasons too long to explain here, I managed to leave my bags in reception at a nearby hotel (whose name is very similar to this one). When I realised this, and explained what had happened to the "right" hotel manager by phone (I was in Monaco for the day!) he promptly offered to fetch them and sort the mess out. I was very impressed and would highly recommend this hotel - staff service was well beyond the call of duty!

Review 111：We were a group of four, the two of us had to sleep in a folding sofa bed, which was very uncomfortable! There is a fully equipped kitchen, but there is also a 25 euros charge, if you leave the dishes dirty! Good thing they don't charge you, if you don't make the beds!

Review 112：The worst hotel I'am ever been!They take your bank details and passport till you arrived in hotel, reception work just 6 hours and it's could be a trouble if you need internet access because every room has a different wifi password. Not advice to stay in this hotel nobody.

Review 117：I didn't like the fact that the Reception Desk is not open 24 hours a day and because of that matter if you are arriving late they have to charge your credit card right away! The rooms are ok, but some parts look like they didn't have the material to finish the construction (for example, one side of the bathtub isn't covered with slat, so it looks unfinished and the bedroom door couldn't be closed unless you moved the bed, to name the few).
