Review 1：The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful on giving out ideas of sight seeing around the area. The hotel is 10 meters from the ocean.

Review 3：The staff were friendly but unobtrusive & spoke good English. The rooms were small - we asked to be moved from our first room because it was too small and we were moved to a sea view room- still not large but clean and lovely so they were very helpful. The location is great, very close to the beach and the town.

Love Mimizan has such a chilled feel, stayed before but in another hotel on our drive to Southern Spain just for one night so on this trip decided to stay for two to really enjoy had my parents with us and the totally agreed will be back. Would stay again good value.

Review 6：we were supposed to be at Hotel Mermoz with superior room and balcony etc. but notified that madame was using the hotel for her son's wedding so it was not convenient for us to stay there.

Review 8：Our room, on the second floor was decidedly "compact" - I would have wanted a larger room if I was staying more than 2 nights. My son's room on the ground floor was bigger - but we chose to be on the top floor in the hope of a view.

Review 9：I liked the simplicity, it's a seaside hotel with a nice atmosphere. The food was simple but good, and the service very friendly. The room have everything one could need, and the parking was convenient.

Review 10：The rooms are old and run down, as are the bathrooms. There is no fan or ac so need to sleep with the windows open in warm weather but there are Mosquitos. There is parking, but it is not quite as easy as described. The shower and shower curtain were dirty. There is nowhere to keep valuables. The room was overall dark and dingy.

Review 15：The staff in the restuarant were friendly, the food was tasty and reasonable value for money,We have a large car and found it extremely difficult to park in the car park as it is quiet small.Breakfast was good.The hotel is across the road from the beach so in a very good location and easy to walk to the main town centre takes about 5 minutes.

Review 16：The hotel is very small. The rooms are on the limit of practical (you have to move a bedside table to open the wardrobe, which is not as deep as clothes are wide, so they don't really fit).

Review 26：Virtually everything ! Excellent table d'hôtel menu , we were en route from a five star hotel , where food was very good, but this suffered nothing in comparison, and was about 25% of the price. Good range and pricing on wine list too. Highly recommended !

Review 27：You need to take your own shower soap. No drink facilities in room. The restaurant is paper table cloth, despite the photos, in brochure. The breakfast unchanging and the dinner meals badly cooked.

Excellent restaurant, with very creative/adaptable chef ( but being off season, and with few hotel residents, the menu was limited, but chef created "special" dishes to order!) Balcony room was minor benefit, but not really used due to weather (cold)! Rooms appeared to have been recently refurbished in pleasant modern style. Bed/bedding comfortable ( but larger would have been preferred). Family run/staff - friendly and helpful. Lack of crowds at resort ( being off season) suited us.

Review 37：Great value for money, a great location, almost on the beach, and a nice spot for exploring the wider area from. Friendly staff, simple and healthy breakfast. The rooms at the front of the hotel have been very nicely refurbished, I'm sure the rest will follow. Something about their beds really agrees with me, I always sleep deeper and longer here than anywhere else. I've been going back for 8 years now and wouldn't consider anywhere else when in the area.
