Review 1：We were disappointed with our room. We required a room for a person with limited mobility, with a walk in shower. The shower had no hand/grab rail, and although we paid for a room with a balcony, we didn't have one! It seems that rooms with showers do not have balconies!

Wished we had been staying for longer in order to make full use of the spa facilities. would definitely stay here again and no hesitation in recommending this Hotel.

Review 27：The spa area got quite crowded on the Saturday, presumably with increased number of residents for the weekend and people having a spa day. However, it wasn't a big problem - just need to use the facilities earlier in the morning or early evening.

Comfortable rooms and large comfortable bed with good bed linen. Nice white large towels. The pool was really nice, bigger than we thought and warm. I swim a lot and it was big enough for me to get a decent workout. Breakfasts were plentiful with good variety though a little expensive but the price was comparable with similar hotels.

So too is the car park at the rear of the hotel and the hotel's proximity to the centre of the town. There was an extensive choice at the buffet breakfast. Dinner in the restaurant was also good and professionally served.

The hotel was a lovely one night stopover on the way back to the ferry - I would have been happy to stay an extra night. Rooms were very clean and lovely bathroom. View from room was lovely - very relaxing. Also very quiet air conditioning. Breakfast was good though I'm not keen on coffee machines in general. Others have complained about size of room but I've been in a lot worse - what do you need all the space for anyway? I much preferred the extra large bed! Large safe parking area to rear of hotel.

The hotel has an excellentlocation (just in front of the lake!). We always enjoy the swimming pooland the jacuzzi. I can say that this hotel becomes our weekend escapadein Normandy. I strongly recommend it to all my friends!PS. I forgot my handphone's charger and as expected, they had sent it to me by mail!

Limited food/beverage facilities: strict hours of service for the restaurant, bar and room service. Eveything shut by 10pm. No bar or coffee shop during daytime outside of restaurant hours. Lights switched off in public areas after 9pm!! Made the place feel like it was closed! Temperature of sauna and steam room (Haman) was very cool. As such didn't/couldn't do the intended job!

Slightly disappointed that afterpaying extra for a lake view that I got one of only 3 rooms without abalcony, it was a beautiful night & I would have been delighted to sitout for a few hours in the evening, but had to contend with leaning outthe window which wasn't the same. In future would ask if possible to geta balcony.
