Review 1：Checking out was a little slow as the receptionist was on the phone to what seemed to be another team member. However she had no sense of urgency in attending to us.

Review 4：Hv made prior email confirmation of odd hours check in during afternoon & arrived to find main door locked. Waited for a while & a gentleman came & provided the room key. Hotel has no lift & the gentleman was kind enough to help to ask if he cld carry my luggage upstairs. A short while later, I went back down to enquire transport to my daughter's immersion school but was given a cold shake off by a lady as the reception was supposed to be closed. Helpless, so I went to seek help from the tourism office & found much needed help from the warm staff there! It was otherwise a pleasant stay in a comfortable hotel centrally located.

A little further away from train station than other options, but well situated near tram line to airport. Cute dog is a bonus.
