Review 1：The second year my grown up daughter and have stayed here for an annual 'mum and daughter' break. Fabulous location, very clean, lovely staff.

Review 2：Expensive breakfast for what you get. 16 Euro per person for a very limited breakfast selections - cornflakes, eggs and eggs.

Review 3：Friendly staff. The gentleman who checked us in was superbly friendly. The location is unbeatable.

Review 4：Standard rooms are on ground floor without balcony, all rooms facing the street, but not really noisy. Limited parking facilities.

Review 5：Very clean and modern place in excellent location to the beach and walking distance to Antibes city centre, friendly and helpful staff, rooms are nicely furnished and spacious, WIFI is free (sometimes really good WIFI, sometimes not).

Review 6：There is no lift, so disabled access could be a problem and they charged me €8 to park a motorcycle. This is a personal thing but we didn't like the two-tier charging for breakfast, I think we were charged €11 each for a continental breakfast which was sparse but adequate but if you wanted eggs or cold meats then you had to pay an additional €5 each.

Review 7：The staff at Hotel Josse are fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. The location is excellent, overlooking the beach and just a short walk from the old town. Our first floor room was large, clean and with bright contemporary decoration. We had a sea view room with a small balcony.

Review 11：Great location very close to the beach and to the center and the old town. Beach towels from the hotel (extra cost). Nice view to the palms and the sea behind them, you can see all the way to Nice and even La Turbie above Monaco. Bakery and food store 200m away. Fridge made it possible to have breakfast and lunch on the balcony. Modern and nice bathroom. Good AC, no noice. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Review 12：We had the buffet breakfast on the first morning but thought is was poor value at 16 euros. We walked into town the second morning & got a superb croissant, orange & coffee for less then 6 euros each.

Review 24：This gem of a hotel is across the street from a park and the public beach. It is within walking distance of the town center as well as Old Town (where the Picasso Museum is located). The staff was friendly and helpful. It was lovely to sit outside each morning and enjoy croissants and pastries freshly baked on the premises.The room was small but nicely decorated in a modern style. The cable TV was the best we've ever had internationally.

We stayed here for a couple of nights after a week in an apartment in Antibes. Staff could not do enough to help upon arrival with sight seeing suggestions and offers of a parasol for the beach. Hotel nice and modern, very clean. We thought it was perfect for a short stay.

Review 46：You could hear the traffic as it faced a busy street. All units faced the street. Breakfast was 16 Euros extra which is a ridiculous price. The staff weren't always helpful. They didn't seem to have any bus schedules or train schedules on hand.

Review 121：Loved, loved, loved Hotel Josse. Perfectly positioned across the road from the main beach and a pleasant (short) walk into the town centre and the old town. The room I had first was very nice, extremely clean and had everything I wanted. I then extended my stay and was put into a really good room with a little outside seating area as well. The staff were really helpful and pleasant. The Hotel is very reasonably priced and has a really good feel to it. I'll be back next year.
