Review 1：The Annex terrace is untidy, the entrance hall dark. Our room tired although newly decorated.
Review 2：Hotel situated only minutes from the lovely beach, shops, bars and restaurants. No need to use the car once in Mimizan Plage. Our shower room was new and quite clean. Makes a change to have a good shower.

Review 5：being honest for what we paid for one night e81.98 including taxes wasnt worth it found flip flop from previous guest under bed and sweet wrapper in bed not very nice only takes ten secounds to check under bed obviously not cleaning properly,,,flat screen tv in room alright but youd have to use a pair of binoculars to see it its so small lol the only good thing about the room was the actual bed it was comfy i really hate when your room isnt cleaned properly we stayed in a property in foix 2 weeks ago and it was spotless and was only e120 for both nights WONT BE BACK

Review 7：We stayed in the annex and the noise transmission from above was bad... Not a fault of anyone but the age of the building. Nonairconditioning nor fans. Sometimes the smell from the paper mill was bad.

But the room was quiet due to good double glazed windows.The room was large enough and the bathroom nicely decorated, with plenty of hot water in the shower.

Review 12：This was a quirky small hotel a stone's throw from the beach. The hosts were very friendly,polite and very helpful. The hotel is in the middle of the beach front shops,restaurants etc. The room was typically French in decor, with comfortable beds.

Review 28：sadly one of the bedside lamps didn't work and the shower head would not stay on the bracket so showering was difficult. the toilet/bathroom was very small and you bumped your knees on the wall when sitting on the loo!
