Review 1：My stay was very relaxing. Nerja is not a town full of museums, so this part of Spain is all about enjoying the beauty of the beach and the water. The hotel was clean and beautiful. I especially enjoyed the breakfast and the room. My room had a balcony and a view.

Review 2：when we checked in we were given a room on 5th floor which was noisy due to air conditioning unit. Lovely lady on reception found us an alternative room on 1st floor which was perfect.

Review 18：The room smelt bad every time we entered. The sunbeds were very dirty. Sunbeds were being reserved even though it stated that this was not allowed. The food was mediocre. We obviously didn't read the small print because the spa was very expensive and we thought it was included in the price. 12 Euros for 1 hour.

The furnitures were damaged..

Review 37：I didn't like the fact that I had booked for three and upon arrival the hotel only had a booking for one person, when you have to search for any hotel on booking.com you have to put on how many guests. As my booking supposedly defaulted to one person, I was hit with an extra charge of €580 at check in, not a great experience to start your holiday! Don't know if this is the hotel or booking.coms error.

Again, all credit to all staff members who were always so friendly and helpful. Would recommend without hesitation.

Information on Nerja was very limited, and we found the route along the beach to town by ourselves. The front desk was too busy to get personal travel help. The pedicure is a huge waste of time and money.

Review 71：Though it is two 6-story highrises, it felt very intimate in the rooms and plenty of chairs, beach towels, room on the beach and lawn, etc. Even serving the large number of people they do, it is all very organized with a HUGE selection of food with main dishes changing daily. We had a fabulous view room, and loved being so close to the water. We also loved walking into town along the beach, and getting some exercise. Price for all was quite reasonable, complimentary parking a breeze, and restaurant service top notch.

Review 84：Nerja has loads of great eating places and is a lovely place to stroll around in the evening with a great atmosphere. The hotel is out of town making it a quieter location. A great pool/bar area and easy access to the beach. Our room had lots of space and a nice lounge area with the sound of the waves in the distance. We only stayed bed and breakfast - the breakfast was good with plenty of variety and choice. Hotel facilities were very good overall.

Review 87：No tea or coffee in the room. No water or soft drinks in the room. There were few staff in the dining room so being served with drinks was very slow and refills were never offered. The food was fine but not exciting and fairly predictable. The room was too close to the bar area and so a little noisy until the bar closed at midnight. I have never been asked to provide a deposit for beach towels on an all inclusive holiday.

Review 98：Not allowing people to play with any ball or lilo in the pool" Only one sofa I. A room for four people to relax. We had to take a plastic chair fromb balcony to sit in room at night. Room needs more comfortable chairs.

Review 100：On arriving at our apartment on our first day we noticed that the bin located in the bathroom had not been emptied and was filled up to the brim with rubbish from the previous guests. I saw a cleaner down the corridor who kindly emptied the contents of the bin for us and apologized for the oversight. At breakfast the staff could not keep up with the demand for tea cups and tea spoons and there was always a queue of people waiting for another batch of cutlery and cups to be brought out by the staff which when made available created another queue for coffees, teas etc.

Large pool and kids pool and pool area well maintained with plenty of sun loungers and entertainment provided for kids and adults. Great variety of food at breakfast to cater for all dietary requirements.

A/C was very poor in our apartment. Sun beds do not appear to be washed down & can have bird poop on them. Entertainment & activities by the pool were half hearted.
